I Just can't believed she got me. Kimberly contacted me through Facebook to represent my daughter. At first, I was skeptical and when I googled her name, there were nothing alarming about her. That's because she was now using a new alias Kimberly Jesika instead of Kimberly Jessy Bowles. At first, we agreed upon 97.00 the lowest of her expensive packages. She told me that I will be hearing from her secretary Miley welcoming me. She told me that my daughter would be put on 150 sites! When I went to check the sights, I was very disappointed. there were no pictures or video of her work, When I spoke to Miley about it, She got belligerent and started telling me I got just what I paid for. Kimberly then said if you upgrade, I will add to the package with an Agent to represent your daughter, Please remember that my daughter has been in the industry since she was 3 months till present that is how she found us on her page. Kimberly is very good at persuading you to go along with her, I mean Really good!
I agreed to pay 197.00. Next thing I know, She's on my daughter's page commenting on her status to which I have proof that she will put that video on her rocket rock it TV show. She email me the contract and everything that didn't happened with no explanation, then my daughter was to be the voice over for her movie, Beautiful Danger that didn't happened, The 150 websites she was promoting my daughte, Dead. Then the lady to whom she introduced us to for an online interview, was the only positive thing that happened. Then when I emailed her that We were coming to California she was excited and wanted to meet us, when we got there, She never answered any of my inboxes. Meanwhile she still collecting my money through PayPal and not even getting in touch or replying to my inboxes and then I had to face the really t hat I got scammed. Here is what I wrote her below:
Hi Kimberly, Hope all is well. I am just paying and not getting any services like before. When we came to California, I contacted you and for some reason till today I got no reason for not responding. We are not getting any offers through your services from anyone now so I don't think this is working out. The website you are using, isn't working for us. Also she was to be on TV, I went through changes getting the quality video and that never came through. Just got an inbox from a FB friend about what ever happen to the TV post that You commented on. So as of today, I will not be using your services. Please stop the PayPal or I will. Thank you!

At this point its personal, this thieving OLD LADY with no talent any where around her got STELLAR SERVICE from my company. She could not afford $197 dollars anymore and wanted a $97 press service I DONT OFFER THAT SO I sent her to Ashley Rivers and I would show Ashley how to do the press and give it her. Then she blocked me and worst of all! She has for 4 months double charging me every single month! I called PayPal and they told me she had 2 open accounts on me and never even stopped it. They have now open an investigation on her. The problem is when I confronted her for stealing my money , she is not addressing that . She is calling derogatory names and telling me my daughter talents, she I s never going to make it in Hollywood etc. Well , she doesn't predict the future, and We are just content with our blessings from God. And by the way, her secretary Miley is also Kimberly! Please remember she has lots of aliases, if she uses any to get you and you don't know it's her, jjust test her and say you wish to discontinue your service, When she starts to Cyber bully you and describes you with capital letters,That's the red flag it's Kimberly Jessy, Jesika, Bowles. I just want to thank you for taking the time to help direct me to the right path. My daughter started from 3 months till presenT, Starting with huggies diaper. She is listed with just about all our local agencies . Myentire family is. clients have even used my house ton filmed commercials with my whole family numerous times. We have taken professional pictures and still do spent a lot on comp cards and also various agencies websites. What got me to fall for this scam is that she saw my daughter's Facebook page and solicited us to have her as our publicist. The problem was the sites were all dead. My daughter's Facebook page got her more work. She is now graduating this year and so We wanted to see how marketable it would be for her because her plans were to attend school in LA. We travel there a lot, and if she had to audition for a great job, We would fly there. She is always in local plays here and is well known. It is Just so embarrassing to know I felt for this scam after being in the business for over 23 Years! The word Publicist got me when she said that every known star had a publicist to get their name out there. Nevertheless I am so thankful to God for letting me see the light and to Paypal was their great investigation on this matter and finding it in my favor. They reimbursed me for all the double transactions from her but, was fine with get getting the money for the inactive sites she put m daughter on. Absolutely no problem with that. this is a great lesson for me. My daughter education is number one then comes her talent. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your great information. I hate to tell you this because its information YOU really don't want to hear. Show business takes LOTS of time AND money. YOUR child wants to be on TV but YOU are NOT living WHERE you need to live. All I can see that THEY are doing is getting your childs face out there for others to see. If YOU and YOUR CHILD truly wish to be part of show business then YOU NEED AN AGENT!!!! You need headshots. And most importantly YOU NEED TO LIVE IN CALIFORNIA!!!!! Your child MIGHT get a few LOCAL spots but to make a LIVING at it WILL require YOU to move. So in this instance YOU have shelled out roughly $200. My headshots ALONE took over $500. All Im saying is that YOU are in the WRONG PLACE for your child to "make it". The BEST you can hope for is to get enough local work to pay for the expenses made trying to get work. Im NOT saying what THEY have done is right in ANY sense of the word. But YOU have to look at the limitations that THEY are dealing with. Show business takes LOTS of sacrifice and that can be depressing. NO ONE is JUST discovered without a LOT of work. Many of the old guard stars had to do things like "Dinner Theater", Improv acts and practically working for FREE before THEY were "discovered". If YOU are NOT in the right place at the right time you will continue to spend money you don't have to make your child a star. GET AN AGENT!!!!!!! PERIOD!!!! A agent will line up work for your daughter. NOT make fake promises and string you along.

First off, I would like to make it apparent that I have no personal connection with Kimberly Jesika, Gossip Girl PR boutique, or Ashley Rivers except for being their client. I have been a client for about a year now and it has changed my life. I have been exposed to more opportunities and career publicity than any other service available. This deceitful reporting woman received exactly what she paid for. I have had my press exposed to over 150 news sources and sites by paying for the correct available packages offered, and I am more than satisfied!
This woman is demanding more than what she paid for and is attempting to bring down her business! Kimberly Jesika Bowles as well as all services connected, did nothing wrong whatsoever. This woman has tried to cheat the company into giving this awful woman more than what she has paid for and is trying to take advantage of Kimberly and her resources. Please do not let this lying woman turn you against her or her services in anyway. I am upset to see this review and encourage it to be removed immediately. Thank you.
