Kimberly Kirito misrepresents her business and financial position VERY OFTEN. Dr. Bijan Kasraie, from Kasraie & Fodor, LLC, is aiding this process by taking in deposits into an IOLTA (for escrow purposes), and not ever repaying owed amounts back. Kimberly Kirito usually sends out her trap of an investment offer, asking for money to be sent to her attorney and stating that she will return a lot more money within a short timeline (too good to be true, because it is). She will go to any extent to get a deposit made to her attorney's account. This often includes exaggerating her bank account balances. Do not believe one word she says. Oh, yeah, and she is a talker. Talking ears off is her hobby, so that she can build a comfort level before she bites...
Dr. Bijan Kasraie supports her illegitimate behavior, in a very proactive manner. He becomes immediately unresponsive, and tends to act in strange defensive ways when problems are eventually discovered.
Do not give this woman any money, or do any business with her, as you will NEVER SEE ANY MONEY from it.
OH, I CAN GO ON, with fact after fact, BUT IT WOULD BE EXHAUSTING TO DO SO. Not worth the time.

Bad A** Coffee is Not associated with or doing business with Kimberly Kirito or DR. Bijan Kasraie. Kimberly Kirito did own and operate a Bad a*s Coffee franchise in Hawaii that she sold over 15 years ago. Since the sale of her franchise, Bad a*s Coffee has had no contact or business dealings with her. Bad a*s Coffee has not giving permission for Kimberly Kirito to use the Bad a*s Coffee name or website address for any reason!
