I am a customer that purchased products from Ms. Kim Maier of Philadelphia as she goes around in her 2004 Caddillac just defrauding me and other customers. The products I got absolutely stunk , Dried Up and where did she learn how to match colors at romper room!! I called her to get ask why the products were so dried up and not correct . She KIm stated that thst's the way it is ! I asked for a refund she said that no refund was available and she couldn't help me any further. Where is the customer service Ms. Maier??? And where did you learn how to match colors ? Iam shocked that you are selling products for this well known cosmetic company! And what happened to that other black caddillac you were going around screwing customers and your matching of my face tone with your suggesstions made me look like some clown instead of the woman that iam . I would never use you again . Further, where is my refund!!

I have never serviced you before so I am not sure if you have my correct name and number. The reason that I know this is because I have a data base listing all of my customers for the past four years who have purchased anything from me.Please note that at all of my business selling appointments all of my customers are given a copy of a Mary Kay promise of satisfaction and that Satisfaction Guarantee is as followed. You can find this on the back of your copy of your sales agreement on your sales tickets.

"Mary Kay Inc. stands behind its products sold by our Mary Kay Independent Beauty Consultants.If for ANY reason you are not completely satisfied with any Mary Kay product, it will be replaced without charge,exchanged or the full purchase price refunded following its return to your authorized Mary Kay Beauty Consultant or, if she is no longer active, to the Company with proof of purchase.

In contrast to laws applying to purchases over $25 which only give you a limited time period within which to cancel your order and return unused products(which you may, of course, do you by utilizing the Notice Of Cancellation form furnished you in accordance with government regulations), the Mary Kay gurantee assures that you,as a consumer, have protection of your purchase price, without limit as to amount of purchase time for return and whether or not products have been partially used.
Please contact the Customer Satisfaction Department for Instructions on how to exchange or refund."

You never contacted me and if you would have then I would have honored Mary Kay's return policy

Also,I do not own a 2004 Cadillac and the address is wrong and if you look on my business card that I give to all of my customers you will see that my correct contact information.I think whoever asked you to file this hideous claim was trying to get even.I have never ever had any difficulties in my business and I will be contacting the legal department in Mary Kay to obtain more information.I am sorry that you had a bad experience however I cannot recall you and my computer check for my customers does not have your name listed anywere are you sure you have the right Maier?

I am sorry that you had such a bad experience with Mary Kay..So, sorry to hear that and I will make a note to contact are customer satisfaction team and call them and advise them of your probelm.Do you have a number and an address were I can contact you? Please advise so we can get your problem resolved.
