I would like to say I was indeed stupid to trust the internet for my purchase of a psychic reading from Kimberly Rose. She mentioned after the read that I was going to lose my job, but she can do lots to help me not lose the job. I trusted her. I then asked for something to be done, and nothing worked.

I am constantly told to be patient, it takes time. Well the site says fast spells, so how come it takes 8 months and still no results. She will steal from your children's mouth if she gets the chance. Watch out for her. Her name is not really Kimberly Rose, that is not her picture, and she can't do a reading to save her life.

When I say that Kimberly is the devil herself, I put it to you like this, only the devil himself would do what she has done. She has stolen from me all that I own. I needed help, I asked fro help and instead I got taken for a long hard ride, which hurts up the a*s.

Do not trust any sites listed on Rate The Caster, they are all part of the same group of people. They are compiling a list of people, our information, and later on they will use our information to threaten us, demand more money, and cause all sorts of promblems for us. Rate the caster.com is a set up.

If you do nothing else, find people in person to help you. Don't trust online services like I did. This will all come to an end. The money these thieves get, will run out. It is up to us to stop them. Spread the word on these scums, and stop buying from them. The testimonials are all made up.

I'm another one who fell prey to her bull****. fortunately, I didn't lose a lot of money, because things just didn't feel right. Especially when she offered me a special spell that was guaranteed to work or my money back, for $2500. LOL

I did try to get a refund for the small amount I lost, and her e-mail address suddenly was no longer working. There's a special place in hell for this slime ball!

A CAUTIONARY FAIRYTALE ABOUT DEALING WITH HUSTLERS!

#47Consumer Comment

Tue, February 03, 2009

SINCE PEOPLE LIKE MAKE BELIEVE AND PRETEND AND FAIRY TALES SO MUCH, I DECIDED TO MAKE ONE ...THIS IS JUST INTENDED FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY AND IS NOT MEANT TO BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY (KIND OF LIKE THOSE EXPENSIVE AND BOGUS "PSYCHIC" READINGS ON THE PHONE AND ON THE COMPUTER...)

ONCE UPON A TIME IN THE LAND OF CYBERSPACE WHERE THE COPS WITH THEIR ASP BATONS AND ARREST WARRANTS FOR THEFT CANNOT GO, AND IN THE SIMILAR LAND OF TELEPHONE LINES WHERE NOBODY CAN SEE OR KNOW EXACTLY WHO OR EVEN WHAT THEY ARE REALLY TALKING TO, SOME CON ARTISTS WHO NEEDED SOME EASY MONEY DECIDED THEY WERE TIRED OF RUNNING STREET CORNER HUSTLES AND SCAMS, PEOPLE WERE GETTING TOO WISE TO THEM.

"I KNOW. WE WILL PRETEND THAT WE HAVE MAGIC POWERS AND CAN TELL THE SPIRITS WHAT TO DO AND WE CAN SCARE MONEY OUT OF THE GULLIBLE. THE ONE FAT BROAD WHO LIVED IN THE TRAILER PARK SAID. JUST TELL THEM WHAT THEY WANT TO HEAR AND THEN WE WILL KEEP NOTES ABOUT OUR CONVERSATION WITH THEM SO THEY WILL THINK WE ARE REAL PSYCHICS.JUST LUCKY GUESSES...AND TO MAKE SOME MORE MONEY, WE WILL CHARGE THEM FOR LOVE SPELLS WHICH WE WILL NEVER DO.AND WHEN THEY COMPLAIN THAT THEY DON'T WORK WE WILL FIND ANOTHER REASON TO CHARGE MORE MONEY AND BY THE TIME THEY FIGURE OUT WE HAVE PLAYRE THEM FOR FOOLS, WE GOT THEIR MONEY AND WE NO LONGER TAKE THEIR CALLS. '

THE OTHER CHEAP STREET HUSTLERS THOUGHT IT BEAT WORKING FOR A LIVING SO THEY FOUND THEIR EMPLOYEES WEED SMOKERS, EX-STRIPPERS, EX-MOTORCYCLE MAMMAS, EX HOOKERS,BARMAIDS,STREET HUSTLERS, PIMPS, RELIGIOUS FANATICS OF ALL FAITHS, DISGRACED FORMER TELEVANGELISTS, SHUCK AND JIVE ARTISTS AND OUTSTANDING FOLKS OF THE TRAILER TRASH PARKS, SECTION 8, SHACKS AND SLUM HOUSES....ALL KINDS OF FOLKS. YOU COULD EVEN GET EXTRA MONEY ON THE HOT ADULT CONVERSATION 1-900-XXX FANTASY LINES AND PRETENDING TO BE THE GORGEOUS SWEET THANG MODELS IN THE ADS AND BREATHING HEAVILY AND READING SCRIPTS WITH ONE SYLLABLE OBSCENITIES TO FOOLS WHO CALL.
THIS IS MAKING MONEY UNTIL SOME OF THE PEOPLE WHO CALL THIS SERVICE REALIZE THAT THERE IS NOTHING HAPPENING HERE. NO MIRACLES. PREDICTIO0NS ARE LUCKY GUESSES OR THEY DO NOT COME TRUE.

IN A WORD, THEY HAVE BEEN SCAMMED A LOT OF MONEY.

NOBODY CARES AND THEY DESERVE WHAT THEY GOT EXCEPT SOME OF IT WAS CHILD SUPPORT MONEY MEANT FOR THEIR CHILDREN AND SOME OF IT WAS SOCIAL SECURITY MONEY AND SOME OF IT WAS RENT MONEY AND BAD THINGS HAPPENED TO THE FOOLS WHO WASTED THEIR MONEY ON THE SCAM AND BELIEVED.

THE FAKERS WERE LIVING LARGE AND SUPPORTED MANY OTHERS WHO WERE RUNNING CHOP SHOPS, BOOSTING MERCHANDISE, DEALING CRACK AND n**i SPEED AND LIVING LARGE AND ALL THE THINGS PEOPLE LIKE THEM DO. THESE FRIENDS RAN INTERFERENCE AND WOULD WRITE SPENDERS TO FAKE TESTIMONIALS AND LIES ABOUT HOW GREAT THEY WERE TO BRING IN NEW FOOLS WHO WOULD SPEND BIG MONEY TO REPLACE THE PEOPLE WHO HAD NO MORE MONEY TO SPEND ON THE NONSENSE.

SOME OF THE VICTIMS OF THE SCAM REALIZED THEY HAD BEEN CONNED SO THEY WENT TO THE RIP OFF REPORT TO COMPLAIN THAT THEIR MONEY HAD BEEN CONNED FROM THEM. THEY HAD PAID FOR PREDICTIONS THAT HAD NOT COME TRUE. LO, THEY HAD PAID FOR MAGIC SPELLS THAT HAD NEVER BEEN CAST. OH, WOE, O, WOE! AND THEY WERE SORELY PISSED!

AND SOME WISE *** NAMED JOE COMES ALONG AND SAYS " I CAN'T BLAME THE STREET HUSTLERS CAUSE I GREW UP WITH THE BEST STREETWISE GUYS FROM ALL ETHNICITIES THAT EVER RAN A CON. THEY ARE JUST DOING THEIR JOB WHICH IS TO SHUCK AND JIVE FOOLS AND GET THEIR MONEY CAUSE THAT IS WHAT HUSTLERS DO AND IF I LOST ANY MONEY, I WILL KNOW NOT TO NEXT TIME CAUSE

FOOL ME ONE, SHAME ON YOU

FOOL ME TWICE, SHAME ON ME

CAUSE WHO IS THE FOOL WHO GETS PLAYED HARD FOR THE RENT OR GROCERY MONEY COMES BACK WID MO MONEY FOR THE SAME PLAYERS?

THIS IS ONE CRAZY,DUMB MOTHER*****R WID NO DAM COMMON SENSE! AN I WHO AM GONNA GET EM AGAIN REAL GOOD TO SHOW THAT FOOL THAT I DON"T PLAY.

BUT BECAUSE I FEEL SORRY FOR THE UNDERAGE KIDS WHO ARE WASTING THEIR COLLEGE MONEY AND THE KIDS WHO END UP OUT IN THE STREET AND HUNGRY CAUSE THEIR MOMS WASTED THEIR CHILD SUPPORT MONEY ON THIS KINDA STUFF (AND MAN, WILL THEY LOSE CUSTODY IF THEIR KIDS' DADDYS FIND OUT!) AND THE
ELDERLY GET CONNED OUT OF THEIR GROCERY MONEY AND THEIR UTILITIES AN GET THE HEAT SHUT OFF IN WINTER, THEN I AM GONNA HAVE TO SPEAK OUT AGAINST THIS SORT OF BAD STUFF."

ACTIONS HAVE CONSEQUENCES AND STUPID STUFF HAS BAD CONSEQUENCES!

HANG UP ON THE CRAZY B*****S WHO ARE GETTING CHILD SUPPORT MONEY AND USING IT TO PAY FOR THESE CALLS.

HANG UP ON THE OLD PEOPLE TOO.

EVERYBODY ELSE ---FAIR GAME!

DON'T HUSTLE PEOPLE WHO CAN NOT AFFORD TO0 PLAY.

magicksoftheworld.com is the new kimberly rose aka MADAAM GLASS aka BRITTNEY REYNOLDS

#47Consumer Comment

Tue, January 27, 2009

magicksofthworld.com is definately the same operator (brittney renyolds aka kimberly rose). I can't say anything about the others that were posted up by someone as being fastspells, but as a former client of fastspells is it quite obvious that magicksoftheworld.com is the new scam being run by Reynolds. It looks not only similar, but almost the same. She may have learned to post a real address to the site since she was blasted about not doing so on fastspells.com, but when you look it up, it's only a mail drop box, not an office, home, or anything real. If you are reasearching whether or not to purchase from Madaam Glass of magicksoftheworld.com, please don't waste your money. She will promise the world to you in such a sweet and caring manner... then run away with your money, and you'll never see any results. It can soul crushing to realize this happened to you. If you need to do a spell, look up how to do one yourself, it will work out much better for you.

And for Madaam Glass's Scam Blog... I can't believe she has the audacity to even breath any of that. Although I must admit that is was very cleaver of her to use her own downfall of fastspells to try and make her new scam seem credible. All those examples and things she tells you to stay away from because it means it may be a scam? She knows them because she used them all.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM MAGICKSOFTHEWORLD.COM, it is only another scam by a con artist who is willing to go to any length to fool you. Don't be another victim, good job for doing your homework before trusting anyone.

Mon, January 26, 2009

I have used Kimberly Rose more out of curiosity than to get anything out of it.

As someone who has used Kimberly Rose in the past. She is a very lovely lady and does respond to emails quickly. She is polite until you ask for your money back. Then you get short rude replies. But whoever is reading these repoorts because they are doing their research and seeing if she's actually lagit.......you'd be smarter to find someone else and not give a penny to her. Her spells don't work and I really doubt she gives money back. I'm still waiting.

So beware it is a full 364 days before you get your money back and to quote kimberly rose herself, "Actually, hon, the site says 60 days recast guarantee. My money backguarantee by terms on site states after 364 days you can make your request."

So don't use her she is what these people say she is.

How could you not know that she's a total scam? TRHOnline did a full expose on her. She's been running frauds on the internet forever.

Kimberly Rose has abandoned fastspells and now runs magicksoftheworld. She's paying more than $24,000 in click through fees a month so she's probably looking for the big score.

A last hurrah to pay her attorney fees perhaps?

It's quite obvious that Diva, who lives in the same city as Brittney Reynolds AKA Kimberly rose is just there, sitting on her a*s, defending herself. Brittney Reynolds makes money not casting spells and is on the internet all day reading about herself and how much of a d****e she is. mozel tov brit, you are a self consumed pig who will one day crash and burn hard. and then i will laugh. And if you've been KR's client, you know that her writing style is the same as Diva's and all the others. KR doens't notice that because she jsut barely got out of high school. We were scammed by someone who can barely drink legally. Not that anything she does it legal. Her karma is so bad, I wonder what will happen to her.

Wow, at first I laughed, and then I felt bad for all of you who actually pay for "internet spells" or online psychic readings..let alone rely on them for guidance on..well on anything really. Ms. Rose is brilliant, read her rebuttals, they read like a sirens song of understanding, compassion, and business savvy! Even I almost wanted to check her site out, but then I remembered...psychics are lying charlatons who prey on the desperations and fears of their clients. To illustrate, my old roomate used to work for a psychic call center. He had clients that swore by his claivoyance. The company gave him a guidebook on how to handle the callers. It showed him how to explain away innacurate past predictions, and how to appear to have special insight, and especially how to avoid being trapped in direct questions from the caller. One time a woman pushed him on wether or not she should marry her boyfriend, he tried to evade, ya know..the stars are not clear..the spirits are silent..but she wouldnt stop pressing for a yes or no answer...So he was forced to resort to a commonly used and taught company procedure, and flipped a f**kin coin. She was actually relieved to know her relationship was doomed. She turned into a regular caller of his.
Kim Rose, Ms. Cleo, police psychic's, oracles, and gypsies have no more ability to divine the future than a fortune cookie.

It seems so funny to me as to how when someone doesnt get what they want they all of a sudden they want to blast out to the world their frustration or may I say mishaps. It seems to me that you didnt get what you wanted and yes I know that is what you paid for but did you really give it time to work? Rome wasnt built in a day you know. Instead of working with her your working against her now do you really think your going to get what you want now. And if you had so many problems and worries about losing your money you should have stopped handing it out so freely tried maybe the smallest cheapest spell as a trial. I have seen a post just like yours befor and my feelings are just the same as they were the first time I read it. Your bitter because whatever cards life had dealt you you wanted to change them but you didnt want to go through the work and progress it might have taken to change those cards but instead of working with Kimberly or You! working on you instead your here posting lies about people that might could have helped you if you didnt have such a horrible plan to ruin their lives. Kimberly Rose seems to me to be a good person your the only one who says she doesnt respond back to you. Maybe its a reason she didnt respond back if that was the case because she is so d**n good at what she does psychic and spells and she knew that you would do this to her and maybe that is why you got the results you got. So Spread the word on these scums like you who arnt pleased with their results, and stop listening and reading posts from them they will only attempt to confuse you but I find them entertaining. Oh one more thing as stated earlier instead of posting the report on her you might should have turned the cheek took the money you say you lost as just that a lost and tried something else what you have done will backfire in your face I see it noone nowhere will feel safe in working with you in any case/spell. My prayers are with you that you get the help you need.

In those emails that she answer all she can say is dont worry everything is going to be okay". Her physical readings are really supeficial and her spells dont work!!! Just be careful...the internet is full of people trying to take your money. DONT BUY SPELLS ONLINE!!!! This is the third caster and nothing....all of them are stealing my money.

You have been scammed, it's fake, there is no Kimberly.

Why post a silly report asking if you should wait when others have posted here as clear as daylight it is a scam? Can you not read? Are you void of a brain?

Wake up and smell the coffee.

Noah might not have had an umbrella, but he has a ark, engage your brain, why don't you?
KR is a SCAM, does ROR not tell you clear enough, geeeee... how does anyone get through to you?

Thanks to your sort, Kimbers is making lots of money day and night, while you lose it.

Refund

#47Consumer Suggestion

Tue, July 29, 2008

This is to the person requesting a refund.
have you tried the following address: kimberly@fastspells.com ?
I recently inquired on a service, and that is the email address that I received a response to my inquiry from. If no one responds to you in regards to a refund I would suggest 3 things;

1. Mail a letter to the same place where you sent the money order (if you have forgotten, than you can go to their website and get the PO Box Number that is listed for mailing payments) On that letter you need to write that you have not had results and want your money back.

2. On that same letter. strongly state that if you are not contacted about your refund. than you will go to Rip Off Reports and expose the website in a negative way.

3. Prepare yourself for the worse...which means prepare yourself for not getting a refund. I'm not saying that this is definitely going to happen, but you should prepare your mind for it.

I'm pretty sure that particular website is familiar with these reports...and YES. it does hurt their business. Therefore, don't be shy or afraid to come back to this report and provide your experience. Other consumers need to be aware of any scams they may possibly encounter.

Oh, and never trust anyone that provides you a specific timeframe in which a spell will go into effect. Spell time frames can never be predicted. If you specifically stated that you wanted the spell to happen in a month, and they did not advise you that it may take longer...than thats a sign that you should have purchased from another spell caster.

I just want to know how i can get my money back..i've only worked with Kimberely for 2 months but my situation was very critical and i made it clear to her before i sent money off that i needed results within a month, which is plenty of time for a site that claims it has "fast" spells. I sent a money order. has anyone got their money back? i dont know if i should just wait it out or not...she has not replied back to my emails in over a week..i even went to the site and used the contact sheet again..no response

Mailing address: Please inquire for a name prior to filling out checks or money orders - as many different people cash checks for us, and we would like to check who will be on duty that week for cashing-Thanks

Morgan: Any genuine business will accept bank transfers, checks, money orders in their business name and only their business name unless they are breaking the law. Are you breaking the law Diva? Come on, do not be shy, are you ripping consumers and IRS off? You are operating an online business, payments should go through a tax paying business account, not random personal accounts.

Are you scamming IRS? If so, you can report yourself here:

http://www.irs.gov/individuals/article/0,,id=106778,00.html

More fiction:
There is no book, www.magickalreads.com is just another scammed up, fake website pretending a book exists to make KR look authentic, registered on the same day as all the other scams within KR's network.

There is no Kimberly Rose, no spells and no book. Evidentially you are planning to grab as much money as you can, then vanish.

J. Marie, please don't waste your breath sweety. !!

Let folks believe what they want to believe. I emailed Kimberly last night and told her that my final rebuttal was posted on her behalf. Yes, I am the client that lets her know about these reports. As I mentioned in my last post you can not change the minds of those who are adament about something.

I think it would be best for you to just ignore any further comments posted here. They won't get you anywhere.

On a much lighter note: Hey Tom...GO SPURS !!!!!!!!!!!!! They are still the best although they lost this season. Thanks for your feedback by the way.

Notice in her response she stayed vague in what she said and avoided explaining why she has to put a "for entertainment purposes only" disclaimer in her terms of sale.

Notice how she spent several paragraphs saying how she wanted to "help" people, yet never said SHE actually had any power to do anything. Notice also how she never said what she actually could do to help her "cleints". Sometimes "helping" people can mean just giving them hope that something will happen. Hope can make a person feel better about their situation and therefore make them feel better about themself and their life.

The most Kimberly said was that her "clients find progress and results" and added that "results" will be different for everyone. Notice how she said the CLIENTS find the results not that she causes the results. In other words, in the sixty or more days that she asks people to wait for something to happen, the chances are that SOMETHING in the area of what they are hoping for probalby will happen - and they can attribute that to the spell. This could be as simple as a person hoping for money finding a few coins on the street or having a friend repay them a small debt. It also could mean the person looking for love will meet someone and think this could have relationship potential. If the person really wants to think a spell helped them, they are going to attribute whatever happened to the spell. If nothing happens during the months the person is asked to wait, the person can be told the spell needs to be recast and another waiting period applied. Eventually, the odds are that something will happen and the person can think it was the spell that did it.

If people want to be entertained and want to think this woman has powers to change their lives, then that is their choice. Just be aware of what you REALLY are paying for and what Kimberly has been forced to tell you she really is. It is all laid out in her terms of sale. READ IT.

Why all the accusations and hostility?

#47Consumer Suggestion

Tue, July 15, 2008

Now you accuse ME of being Kimberly Rose? I don't think thats fair that you do that. Listing a bunch of websites that were registered on the same day does not actually constitute proof that the individuals who posted here that they have had results from using Kim's services are somehow the same person. It may however, be proof that all the websites may be related and brings some questions to mind..... And yes, I did check...you are right...all those websites were registered on the same day. I have never heard of the aboutspells website..I went there and logged on to see who they had listed as the top spell casters versus bad spell casters, and I did not have any luck..either something is wrong with my computer or possibly their website.

Since everyone listed here in support of Kimberly Rose is her (in your opinion) than why would I agree with you and encourage people to seek a refund or dispute charges with pay pal after 45 days if they have not seen results? I did read the recent post Kimberly wrote about giving her a chance before disputing or seeking a refund, and that's fine and everything. However, with no offense to Kimberly, I still stand behind what I said....if you don't feel comfortable, and have not seen results...GET YOUR MONEY BACK IN 45 DAYS with no further recasts.

How about the book? Tell us about the hidden scam behind the book..All you have listed is the same website registery date for certain websites as your evidence that this is an overall scam. Do you think the book is real or do you think its a ploy?

Stop being so hostile and accusing others..it sort of makes you look like a crude skeptic.

All these "I have results" reports are fake and posted by Kimberly Rose aka Diva who has simply set up several ripoffreport.com accounts.

For proof fastspells and ratethecaster.com are SCAMS visit http://www.whois.sc/

Isn't it amazing when there is thousands of web hosting companies that fastspells and ratethecaster both registered with GoDaddy on the same day?

Fastspells.com since 1981 the website says, lies it has only been on the net since 2008.

KR claims to have been casting for 25 years, how old is she in the photo, 26?

www.magickalsurplus.info also registered on 2008-01-03 with GoDaddy, the owner has hidden their identity indicating they are ashamed of their website.

www.covenof4.com also registered on 2008-01-03 with GoDaddy, the owner has hidden their identity indicating they are ashamed of their website. Or so they can steal from you.

All these sites are top on ratethecaster.

On http://www.covenof4.com you Diva list
www.allaboutspells.com also registered by you on 2008-01-03
SCAMMER.

Diva you ARE Kimberly Rose. and all the others.

No I am not a competitor, 99% of spell casters are scams and hiding who they are, but you are very bad with your network of websites.

Ripoffreport.com allows you to use a username or nick name, so do not be afraid to report that you have been tricked by this network of websites.

How the hell can someone get results from a scam website?

My advice to anyone is to check if a website is hiding who really owns it, why would they hide? Why indeed.

Be warned, fastspells.com has lots of websites within its network. Do you really think they cast spells? Get real.

I am sorry for those who read this and realize they have been given false hope, but I am delighted for those who check carefully before making a purchase and find this report. Surely it makes sense to carefully review a website you are sending money to and giving your personal details to?

Of course a scam does not refund your money.

Hello again,
I can only find this report due to my loyal clients sharing info with me. I am not very good with the internet. I offer so many guarantees to my clients. I care quite a bit.

I feel, rather upset that people have to hide behind postings like this. I am woman enough to help you if I have not helped you yet. all of my clients find progress, and results. Results...It's always different case by case. It is apparent most that post here are posting due to pending cases.

Please, just tell me who you are, i will still help you. You obviously need more work done, and of course, I do not charge for tweaking and recasting. It's time you get what you've paid for...You obviously need additional work, but there is no way for me to tell, if you do not email me!

Finally, in response to the person instructing people to file with paypal, I have an array of guarantees that must take effect prior to my recast guarantee. I make this very obvious on my site, and I do not shy away from it. You have gotten results within 45 days, apparently (60 if you will). That is very good :) However, all cases are different, and it's not abnormal to extend past 60 days and need a recast. I stand by my refund policy, however, i also stand by my recast policy, which comes first and is at 60 days. Therefore, I would encourage people to not go the other route, but to give me a chance.

I care a lot. And I mean a WHOLE LOT about my clients. My BEST advice from this point forward as I will not be returning to this message...
would be this.

If you need help. Get help. If you'd paid for help and you haven't seen what you've paid for, GET HELP. The payment only needs to happen once. From there forth you are covered with me for life for that situation. I don't back down, I will not abandon you. I will not leave you. These words spoken against all falsified statements...will hold truth. I have not ignored a SINGLE person in over 20 years. I have not FAILED a single person in over 20 years. I will NOT FAIL a single person in all of my remaining years.

I do not give timeframes for a reason, but I will say this, and this will be the only time you hear this from me.

My longest case has been over a year. It has indeed. I will not get into specifics...but this was a very severe case. What's my average? I will not say, but it's is SIGNIFICANTLY LOWER THAN THIS!

Contact me, if you need help. Decide for yourself. If you do not feel comfortable with me, I will tell you just like I tell all of my clients who feel sketchy. There are hundreds of choices. Pick someone who you feel MOST COMFORTABLE with! Pick somebody who you TRULY think cares about YOU! Let aside the times it takes to contact you back, as you see, I am usually very fast...i don't want that to deceive you.

Pick the RIGHT PERSON - the one worth waiting for. If that is me, great, I would LOVE to help you. If that is not me, my dear...that is fine. I will always be here if your new choice fails you. And Rest Assured, i will not leave your side.

Now. This is the only Kimberly Rose. Period. I do not hide behind other names. When I post, I post the truth, from my own name. and I take care with my words. They are all i have.

Response to J. Marie

I just wanted to let you know that you have a valid point about the photo and the book tour. She does have a book coming out and it will be kind of odd for her to show up to a book signing event looking nothing like the photo listed on the website. The last time I inquired about the book, I was told that she would be coming to Texas which is the State I live in, if she does not come to the city in which I reside, than I will make arrangements to travel to meet her. I do plan on purchasing the book and would love for her to sign it.

You brought up another point of me being accused by Morgan of being Kimberly Rose. At first, I did not notice that Morgan had written that as proof that I somehow was Kimberly Rose until I read your report (thanks for catching that). The first thing that stuck out at me was the statement Me thinketh the lady protesteth too much, to quote Shakespeare which I perceive to mean this chick is posting too many rebuttals in favor of fastspells.com, therefore, she MUST be Kimberly Rose

I can assure you and anyone else that I am certainly NOT her. Now this is going to come as a shock.I actually agree with Morgan when she or he says that I protest too much. It is in my nature to debate and stand up for what I believe in, sometimes that behavior does get me into a little trouble..especially at work.

This will be the last rebuttal I postI believe that Kimberly's work with others will positively speak for itself. There really is no need for me to continue these rebuttals because in the end people will believe what they want to believe. I can never change that, you can never change that, she can never change that.

I noticed that Morgan accused Diva of being Kimberly Rose because someone who has had results would never find a scam report. I found this scam report and I have had results. Do you think that I'm Kimberly too? Do you think the other people listed on this report who did not say that they have been scammed by Kimberly are somehow working for her?

I actually found this report doing a google search to verify if there had been any new updates on the book Kimberly Rose has written. I stumbled across this website and saw the reports, I thought that It would be nice to write about my experience.

I can't say that Diva is not Kimberly Rose, but I can say that your reasonings behind your accusations are absolutely absurd.

I have not had any problems from Kimberly Rose. I got what I paid for, and have no complaints what so ever. She worked with me and gave me a great deal.

I do agree with Morgan about the Pay Pal 45 day rule, that is very true. You can not dispute with Pay Pal after 60 days. I would actually instruct anyone who has paid via Pay Pal that has not seen results in 45 days to dispute the charges.

To the comments about that not being her picture on the website: I dont know if thats true or not, but, all I have to say is if that's not really her in those photo's, than she is going to have a lot of explaining to do when she publish's her book and goes on the book tour.

Morgan: Wow...I knew it was a matter of time before someone would accuse me of being somehow being affiliated with fastspells.com because I post a lot of rebuttals sticking up for them. I chose to do this because I know its not a scam...I mean..I guess a lot of skeptics would tell me that the results I have seen are just in my head....and that I have been scammed. However, I don't believe that. Morgan, I can easily say that you are a competitor, because you took time out of your busy day to post a response to my rebuttal, however, I can't do that because I have no evidence..But yet, because I stick up for a business that has provided me a great service, I get accused of being affiliated....how cute? Oh, and by the way, If I were Kimberly Rose, I would be smarter and I would have have given emergencyspells.com a higher rating in an effort to get more money...your comparison still does not make sense. It doesnt make sense to drive Londa's clients to Kimberly to make more money..I mean..isn't the money going in the same pot? Am I missing something here? One thing that I don't like to do is to get negative or come across rudely in my rebuttals because I don't play that game.

Tom: There is no doubt that what you say about the "entertainment purposes" is over all fact based. The comments I added where from my perspective. I personally don't think kimberly rose is a fraud....its just my opinion..just like you have yours..I have mine. I will not try to change your mind on what you believe, and you can never change mine on what I believe.

John: Here is how my money spell manifested, I started noticing that I was getting good deals on several items that I was purchasing which caused me to be able to save more money. In addition, my husband just got a huge raise. The company that I work for just notified me that there was a mistake made on my paycheck and that they will be reimbursing me retroactively for a year. About a month after the spell was cast, I received a check in the mail from my inlaws for $1,000 "just because"...seriously..It was nobody's birthday, no anniversay, not a loan..just free money. Again, some skeptics may say that this is all coincedence, but I don't believe that. John, I don't know how long ago you got the spell cast, but I would encourage you to have patience and pay attention to the signs. If for any reason you have questions, or you don't see results in 60 days contact Kimberly Rose's support team and inquire about the refund.

good luck to you all.
and I appreciate the responses both negative and positive.

Me thinketh the lady protesteth too much, to quote Shakespeare

As I said, I am not fooled, and I now know Diva is not a client, but a member of the www.fastspells.com scam.

Why would someone with results find a scam report? Protecting your own company more like, but not very cleverly, after all if I was wrong you would not try to protect yourself the way you have going on about rate a spell caster.

So thank you for confirming I am correct.

Fastspells have hidden who they really are with GoDaddy, and Emergencyspells.com are hiding behind a PO box number. Naturally you are not stupid enough to use the same address and sell the same products.

What goes around, comes around.

John, don't hold your breath.

If that photo is Kimberly Rose I am the president of the US.

How does Kimberly Rose find the time to cast all those spells after advertising non stop?

You have been rumbled.

Slagging off yourself/emergencyspells (on ratethecaster) makes you look genuine, but your two adverts always appear together, you know people will compare and check YOUR ratethecaster twaddle, you only drive Londa Marks clients to Kimberly Rose, you get the money whatever.

ratethecaster.com was registered with Godaddy on 2008-01-03

the same day as fastspells.com, gasp, what a shock. SCAMMER. SCAMMER, SCAMMER

DIVA = FASTSPELLS = SCAMMER

Thank goodness for www.ripoffreport.com at least some of your clients will realize they have been tricked and know not to wait for results that will never manifest, they can try to get a refund. Diva. Dear. Kimberly is out to make a buck. If she thought she really had "powers", she would not feel the need to protect herself from legal challenges. She would be willing to prove herself and the reality of her abilities to the world.

Instead, she has had to put the "for entertainment purposes only" clause into her terms of sale. That means she knows she is putting on an act like any magician or illusionist, AND that she knows she is not really able to perform spells that produce results. Her claims on her web site do not state her spells actually work. Even her response on this board did not contradict the complaint nor state that she really has any powers.

Stop making excuses for her and see her for what she really is. You are paying her to perform in such a way as to cause you to be mesmerized by something that she knows she has to disclaim because it is not real. She is an actress and entertainer just like a magician pulling the rabbit out of a hat. That does not mean she is a fraud. It means she is what she is telling you she is and nothing more. If, however, you want to believe the magician really can make the rabbit appear from nothingness, then that is your choice.

#47Consumer Comment

Sat, July 12, 2008

This is in response to Morgans comments indicating that emergencyspells.com and fastspells.com are somehow affiliated.
After review and some research, it is no doubt that the website appears to be similar at first glance, however, emergencyspells.com offers talismans and spell kits while fastspells.com does not. Thats just one of several differences that I actually noticed. I took it a step further and did a website registry search and compared addresses and contact names..Again, it is clear that it is not the same owners.

To further discredit your statement of it being the same website, I encourage you to go to www.ratethecaster.com which lists a very high rating for fastspells.com, and a rather low rating for www.uspsychic.com (emergencyspells.com and uspyschic.com are the same website. Once you type the website name in the brower, you will see on the main page that its one in the same website..you will also be redirected) If fastspells.com and emergencyspells.com (aka www.uspyschic.com) were some affiliated, than why give yourself a low rating? Wouldn't that be taking away from your own business? That doesn't sound to smart to me and is not a method a real scam artist would use.
Don't get me wrong, I do believe that there are a lot of scam artists out there..as a matter of fact, I think that there are more scam artists than there are genuine spell casters. I would like to encourage everyone to please do your research before submitting negative responses. I agree with Kimberly's response above that some of these responses may be written by competitors trying to steer away business.

Here's some advice for anyone reading: Don't use any spell caster or psychic (especially online) before doing extensive research. If you don't feel comfortable after performing research or after contacting their support or customer service departments, than don't purchase anything from them....its as simple as that. The consumer responses and company/consumer rebuttals listed on Rip Off Reports are helpful, but should NOT be your determining factor on whether or not you should purchase services from someone.

good luck to all.

For Entertainment Purposes only does not always mean fraud

#47Consumer Comment

Sat, July 12, 2008

Given the rather hostile, and skeptical society that we live in, genuine spell casters and psychics have been forced to work with reality by adding legal disclaimers to their websites. If you think about it, you'll realize that this has nothing to do with spell casters or psychics, and everything to do with our increasingly litigious world. Every business seems to have a legal disclaimer these days. Those who do carry that disclaimer (entertainment purposes only) are simply exercising foresight and good common sense given the potential legal ramifications.
Of course, as with many other professions, the online spell casters and psychics have been known to have a good number of frauds, hustlers, and charltans, etc. and many laws were designed to protect the consumer. Unfortunately, the art of spell casting and psychic readings are so far from the mainstream as to be vastly unknown or misunderstood by lawmakers, and laws against all spell casting and psychic work resulted.
The bottom line is in the modern Western world, many spell casters and psychics are living in societies that have the power to persecute them for doing what sensitives throughout history have always done. Many people now even believe that it is impossible to foretell the future, or that spells actually work. When it is assumed that what psychics and spell casters offer to do is impossible, then they are logically considered to be frauds. By disclaiming that their services are for "entertainment purposes only," they skirt the whole issue of what is possible, and thus protect themselves.
So don't let those disclaimers put you off. They're reflective of the society we live in, not the nature and value of the work that is actually offered. I am living proof that it worksI would not be wasting my time with these rebuttals if I were in the least bit dissatisfied with the services I have received from Kimberly Rose thus far.

Sincerely,

A very dedicated customer.....

For Entertainment Purposes Only

#47Consumer Suggestion

Thu, July 10, 2008

This is why it is so important to read the disclaimers these professions make in their advertising. If you click on the 'terms and conditions' link (in small print toward the bottom of the home page) you will find that this business specifies that there are no warranties as to whether its product or services will do anything.

You also will find stuck in the middle of a long paragraph titled 'Miscellaneous' the following:
"You agree that the Company is an entertainment company and the entire interaction with the Company, is indeed for entertainment purposes only."

In my opinion, no professional ever would make such a statement in a legal disclaimer if her/his product or services really were what the advertising made them seem to be.

If you want to be entertained by these types of people, then have fun - only don't expect something real from a person who has to tell you up front to avoid lawsuits that whatever you are paying for is not to be taken seriously.

All my friends, family, and co workers notice the changes in me as a result of the casted spell (they don't necessarily know its a spell and I will never tell them because most of them are christian and will probably "preach" at me and tell me that I am going to hell messing with the devil's work).

My apologies for not asking this in my previous post. However, I also noticed that you mentioned that Kimberly Rose was not her real name nor was that her picture posted on the website.

My question to you is....what evidence do you have that proves that her name is false or the picture is a fake? Is it just your assumption?? Please don't get me wrong..It is my strong belief that you have every right to report services in which you feel are a scam. However, whenever making accusations such as the ones you have made, its always good to have some type of proof. For example, I listed on my previous post that her website did not go up until January 2008. I verified that information thru a service called "whois". Catch my drift??? You see, I researched her before I decided to purchase spells from her since thats the 1st time in my life that I have ever done such a thing. At first I felt kind of dumb and was actually waiting to be "scammed"..but then my spells manifested. The money spell manifested in a very interesting way (long story if you want to hear about it..let me know and I will tell you)

Another thing you mentioned was that ratethecaster was somehow affiliated with her as well. Here's another question to you..If that's true, than why would they not give all of the websites listed a high score of 10? If you notice, there are more than one website in which they give low reccomendations...Again, I'm not trying to insuinate that you are lying..I'm just trying to stress again that when you report something like this you better come with the facts and not assumptions. If you do have facts, I am all ears...or since I cant hear you..all eyes.

Warm Regards,

I noticed that you mentioned that it has taken 8 months to get results..but how can that be if her website has only been registered since January, 3 2008? Did you receive services from her under a different website name? Yes, I know her website says she has been providing services for over 25 years, but not on that particular website.

Also, I noticed you mentioned that she told you that you will lose your job, I'm assuming because you said "nothing worked" that you did in fact lose your job, therefore the physcic reading she gave you was accurate.???

I am actually a customer of Kimberly's and I have seen results from 2 out of the 3 spells that she has cast (the 3rd spell was recently cast, therefore, I dont expect to see results right now). All of the pyschic readings (total of 3) I have received have been accurate and dead on..... no generalization done like other readings I have had from others in the past.

She offers a money back guarantee within 60 days..did you ever contact her for one after you noticed that you weren't getting the results you wanted? I mean I assume you purchased some type of spell from her since she offered to prevent you from losing your job which would require some type of spell.

I'm sorry that you have had such a bad experience. All I can say is if Kimberly is a scam, she deserves some sort of medal because usually when I'm scammed by someone I don't get what I paid for, in this case I did.
