Kimmel Tire Scratched my Car and Is unwilling to Pay
I took my car into Kimmel Tire in Towson, MD for a oil change. However when the car was returned there was a scratch on the back --almost looking as if they backed into a wall. I got in writing that I was to take the car to a bodyshop for an esitmate. I did, and when I returned they had written a report saying that they were not at fault. I still do have the orignal paper saying that I was to take it to a bodyshop though. They said that the manager would get in contact with me---but of course he has not. Since then I have reported them to the Better Business Beuruo but no other action has taken place. What should be my next step. Thanks for the help
