Complaint Review: Kinaba Llc

On May9,2008, I bought and paid for a custom website design at a reduce price. He accepted my offer of 50% off his suggested ebay price. The number was Item number: 180239005279 for a Custom Business Web eCommerce Website Design PHP CMS.

I dealt specifically with Matthew Winters of Kinaba llc. I paid with paypal for the complete payment of $250.00 for a redo of a current website. After more than 30 days of no results or improvements, I asked for a complete refund of my $250 .

I was shown NO work, no outline of the website, no paragraphs, sentences or even one line of text. I was getting various excuses why he couldnt start my project, which he accepted. First, it was some accident, then something came up, then it was family emergency. I got nothing but excuses. No work was shown to me. No questionnaire was given to me, to ask about what I want in the project, or any forms that ask what the client expects.

After placing truthful feedback at ebay for this transaction, Matt Winters put additional contingencies on this project to be finished. He again demostrates how to work and manipulate the situation. He produces nothing and keep asking for continuance. I just want my refund. Nothing more.
