Your order number is 25475S154340 and the product name is 2024 Hot Sale - Water Trough Purifier CubeBUY 1 ONLY. I emailed back and forth with them and they refused to refund or exchange. Offered me $5 compensation on over $75 spent. They said things like: We are so sorry for your dissatisfaction. However, upon inspection by our warehouse, the items dispatched to you align with your original order. As a sign of goodwill, we would like to offer compensation of 5USD. Will that be acceptable?
