Complaint Review: Kindercare Learning Center

This company is PATHETIC. I am a risk manager and identified unsafe dangerous conditions in there midlothian virginia center. My daughter was burned on a hot water dispenser they left in the hallway!! The district manager Norica Costreie advised us without notice or provication that we cannot bring our children back because we complain too much.

I called the main office and they never returned my call. Norica is obviously under educated and put in a position she is not qualified to maintain. I am considering pursuing litigation against Kinder care and will consider filing suit against Norica for intentional emotional distress.
