Complaint Review: Kindercare Learning Services

I am so disgusted with the school or kindercare, because I put all my trust in them.  My daughter has been attending kindercare since she was 9 month old and just turned 2.  I have had my issues, but my voiced concerns to the director where remedy, but the last 2 weeks have really opened my eyes to how this school treats their children and the type of people they employee.  Moving her over to the 2 years room was exciting for me, but the care she has received is totally unacceptable and the director of the shool had no idea, so she says.  My baby after being outside hours below was walking around in door with wet shoes and socks, no one thought to change her or worried that she might get an invection or blisters from the wet socks, she was ingaged in group activities on countless times I picked her up, she was playing by herself while the other kids listenint to a story (the older kids) or played games - she is young and needs to be directed to the activity.  The teacher did not have time to write down the diaper changes (and I notice my baby was expericing constipation- which revelled to me as to why in a minute).  I did a surprise visit, to find my child w/her classmates outside on a side yard, with no toys or balls what so ever in 106 degrees and springling.  After coming inside for lunch she was not offered water until I said something and they just set her at the table and did not even wash her hands prior to eating.  On washing of hands I have witiness several children who are potty trained used the toilet and no one has instructed them to wash their hands or ask them.  Then I came another day to pick her up with a fire nearby the valley full of orange smoke so bad you could not see the mountains or tall buildings, but she is outside playing and with no sunscreen.. In all of this happening I asked the teacher last week about water cause I saw no glasses, sippy cups just a water fountain that the big kids fight over to get water. And I have noticed getting her home she was drinking alot of water, and the morning I asked she woke up and I notice her lips looked dry.  My baby is young and has never used a fountain, so at that I asked how is my baby getting water, she responded by the water fountain in the class room, I said with surprise, she knows how to use the fountain, her response was I don't know, she said the bigger kids may hold the button while the younger ones drink, so I asked is she being assisted , she said oh I don't know.. Right there it all made since, my child is not getting water, (and this partical week was about 106 to 110 in the valley) so with the no water is why she was so constipated.  Her other class rooms supplied the sippy cups.  The teacher spends no time with her, shows no TLC toward her and today the director announced that they problem is fixes and now will remind this teacher to make sure she assist my baby with the water and the fountain, and I now brought in my own Water Jug (suggested by the director) with all this being said I feel totally disgusted let down and sorry that it took me 7 days to see this kind of treatment, but I kept my eyes and ears open as I always do.  The teachers yell and the kids, are sarcastic and just dont give a rats @#$#.  Very Sad, please think twice about kindercare, and they are always short handed. I see why now, the working enviroment is terrible and have high turnover of teachers.
