Kindlywell Kharlott.com Deceptive advertising ? China
I purchased online a "Dances with Dandelions" medal sculpture. On the item's video, the it is showned spinning around as it would in the breeze. There was nothing in the description stating the sculpture did not spin. I reached out to the seller about my issue with the sale and requested a full refund.
To date I have 2 offers, a refund of $7.40 that is 20% refund of $36.98. Next the offered to refund $11.90 that is 30% refund of $39.98. Neither offers are acceptable.
This is a case of erroneous advertising worthy of a full refund but the seller will not accept their discription error.
If the product does not spin in the breeze, it is no worth to me and I want a full refund.
