Kinetic Solutions, Cydcor, Bonsai Marketing ripoff Powell Ohio
Powell, Ohio Suburb of Columbus, Ohio; Cydcor - Kinetic Solutions, Bonsai Marketing (Oct 2005) is a pyramid style organization. It should be avoided by prospective job seekers. I found it on a link from CareerBuilder in ColumbusJobsNetwork. They also advertise in the local paper. Do not waste your time to interview. They pay on commission only and no benefits. You are expected to learn the field of door to door (B2B) selling, then find five people for your sales team under you. The pyramid grows; you're promised $1,000 a week in the first six to eight months. They claim in nine months with five people under you, you can make $100,000 per week. This has got to be illegal.

I was informed about the Day of "O". However, I didn't stick around to experience the madness. I asked a lot of questions; the answers were not clear and sounded suspicious. I tried to research Kinetic Marketing and Bonsai Marketing, but of course there is no records or information since they change the company name every few months. I remembered hearing Cydcor, so I looked on Google. I was stunned to read all the "Rip-Off" statements on this website. I've been self employed for 15 years. After asking questions, I learned about the 100% commission compensation and no benefits and self pay all expenses. These were signs that the company had absolutely no investment in the sales reps. I also asked about how the management is structured. I was told it was "straight-line" management and that all managers were on the same level as the reps. When I learned about "building a team". This clearly indicated the Pyramid.
