My family and I purchase tickets to the Charlotte Soulfood Festival which was held on Saturday July 22nd, 2011. Evidently the sponsors sold more tickets than they had space for.
We were in line on the streets for 5 hours and never saw the front door to the place. Its hard for me to get my spouse to do things where a large crowd is expected. Now I see why. This was a total disaster for us.
Chirl Girl announced on the radio, refunds will be giving to those thousands of us who could not get in. She boardcast the info and of course I filled out the form and fax it to 1-877458-3554 on July 25th. As of today, we have not received nor heard from anyone about our refund.
All the numbers on the website "don't work". I did call 1-877-415-7258 but no one answer of course. Now I am trying to figure out my next step. Maybe Chirl Girl has another number we can call.
