Complaint Review: King car care

King car care It used to be Tokyo. Worst place ever!!! They lie all the time. Always tell you your part is in the mail! Austin, Texas

I took my car to king care car because they had a cheap transmission rebuild price, I think it was 849.00. Well they got my car and it has broke down 3 times and I have had to take it back to them. They said it should only take 5 days but it has been 3 months. They can't fix anything. I'm not even sure they really do any thing.

The first time I got my car back, I found a whole pack of cigarettes and an empty beer can. My whole car had oil stains. With in a week, I had to take it back, they took a week this time but it broke down again and had to take it back.

This last time I took it back they have had it for almost 2 months. They keep telling me parts are in the mail, and parts are taking longer, he even told me that they were going to a junk yard to find parts. Yes junk yard. He also told me that they don't order brand new parts they order used parts. These guys have no idea what they are doing, I don't even know if they know what's really wrong with my car. They tell me something different every time call them.

They never call, I have to call them every day. I wish I would have read about this place before I went to them, but I was strapped for money an that deal looked good. Bad idea! I will never do this again. I will be looking at reports next time.
