Complaint Review: King chihuahua - TERENCE MOBRAY

 I was purchasing a dog from Terence Mobray @ kingchihuahua.com .MoneyGram the 400.00 to Terence Mobray and he said he would bring the dog to the delivery agency and they would notify me on the flight progress and when the dog would arrive. Well I receivedon't a email from Philadelphiadeliveryservice@usa.com telling me that the dog wouldn't be sent until you send 950.00 for insure the dog for the flight . Then later I recieved another email wanting 300.00 more dollars for the dog a vaccine and saying the dog was sick. Well I knew something was up and I even had a conversation with Mr Terence Mobray and he said that he promised the dog would be there by 745pm that night. I never received my dog nor a refund and when I last spoke with Terence Mobray he said " I'm no fool" This is the biggest scam so please beware!!
