We received a very large cardboard card by mail. It said: Play The King Of Cars $25,000 Cash Game, three easy steps were 1). Lift all 9 tabs on the King of Cars game card. 2). 3 matching vehicles in a row = YOU WIN! (up, down, across or diagonally) 3). If you reveal 3 in a row CALL: (***) ***-**** & enter confirmation code: 882281 - then just show up at Jimmy Cleveland Nissan to claim their winnings.

Shifty "Fred" said that we won a chance to enter the $25,000 drawing and gave us a scratch off card and a coin. He refered to the small print "Bring invitation to event location to compare your conformation code to prize board to determine if you have won $5000 cash, $2000 cash or $100 cash."
The rules for the $25,000 cash were different and mentioned a consolation prize.
There was no "prize board".
I think a good reporter would pick this story up to protect our citizens from out of town scam artists and make them accountable to the people. I have the "Game Card" if interested and a recording of "Fred".
