Please check for other operators across the country that have filed lawsuits because there are plenty. I know of at least 4 current that have been filed in 2012. The contract they have you sign is a franchise agreement, but they refer to it as a license agreement. Make no mistake, it is a franchise agreement and a personal guarantee is attached. You will lose money on this business, so please check this agreement out with an attorney.
