King Surplus, It's Freight, King Cattle Company, are all the same company and they are all a scam. We provided shipping services for them and they told us we would be paid immediately. We were told we would receive a check the next day overnighted to us.
It's 2 months later and no check. These are liars and thieves and I would discourage anybody to do business with them. They won't pickup your phone call and they will not call you back.
Shady shady people. King Surplus doesn't even answer their phone.

Hi Folks,
Not sure who this person is that just hammered us but I can say that we have been in business for 40 years and we sell and ship thousands of items per month. If what this person said had any shred of truth KSC would have thousands of comments like this by now. Please feel free to check our eBay FEEDBACK rating and please read the comments our customers make about us, we have been selling there for almost 9 years and we have 99.3% positive feedback. We work very hard to give 5 Star customer service in all areas of our business.
King Surplus is in the business of total plant liquidations, generally we preform liquidations that for one reason or another do not fit into a typical public auction format, generally because they are to large. We welcome anyone to come by a visit our 100,000 square foot facility and store with more than 30,000 items in liquidation at any given time. Due to the volume of shipping we actually OUTSOURCE or put out for bid our shipping and we have contracted with ITSFREIGHT which is a "ship on demand" carrier that specializes in on site and on line auctions. They provide a turn-key service to our customers and buyers at our auctions. They pick up, package, ship and insure their shipments. They are excellent people to do business and we have renewed this contract for the past 3 years.
That being said, unless this person is talking about something that happened more than 3 years ago King Surplus would not have risked being in breach of their contract with ITSFREIGHT to do business with another shipper.
Lastly, there is a well know law that if the shipper does not pay any properly registered transportation company with a legitimate claim the shipper can file a claim with the customer receiving the asset. If what this person is saying is true we would have received negative feedback from our customers.
I'm not real familiar with this sort of a website, it was actually a friend of mine who pointed this out to me. It is a little disturbing that someone can slam you with out absolute proof. We will do everything in our power to have people leaving false and misleading statements like this held responsible.
Lastly, how this person can say that King Cattle, King Surplus and ITSFREIGHT are the same company is also false. They are separate corporations with different stockholders. Completely false.
