This company is very disorganized and run by a very rude person named Terence Smith. We have been recruiting to get people enrolled in this program and it taken them 2-3 weeks to get them a training packet. We had people recruited and they quickly went out a got people interested in commerical financing and also short sales but becasue this company is so poorly run they did not process their request.

It does not require any up front fee but you have to sign a contract and attend a manditory Saturday conference call, which is the only day they have it. They have many other conference calls that invlove very little training and no success stories. They make the claim they have been closing deals for commercial financing deals and short sales but have yet to show proof.

Terence Smith and KBFG are not to be trusted. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

I'm Glad To Get The Training

It's too bad you had a bad experience. I agree that sometimes Mr Smith may seem abrasive, I think it's just his style; I just try to view it a sort of preachy.  However, the business is for real, people are making money. I've been it a short while and will have money coming in the next week or so, it took me awhile because I waited and checked them out, first...wish I hadn't waited.

The calls help to get your mind set to the business.  Most people coming into the business don't understand it well, have no prior exposure to it, and you do need some education on the products.  The training is getting better.  I think the company really has just started to take off  this past year, and they are experiencing some growing pains.

Because the business if a "work at home" situation  the calls keep people motivated. My understanding is that basically the initial calls are mandatory, unless you sign up for the additional training.  Businesses have to keep some "order in the house".. They tell you up front it takes awhile to get started in the commercial side.

Hey, but this company doesn't even charge for the training they are doing.  If you were to get training like this from somewhere else it would cost from $100s to $1000s for the subject matter they're covering ...ask me how I know... I spent over $20K on a program that I had to travel to different states several times to get the training. And I did get ripped off .. for the content & value of the training that I received anyway...

I truly believe the leaders of this company, Mr. Smith especially, are basically good at heart and want every one to be in a win win situation.  I wish it had worked for you.
