  Sir,

I cancelled my ticket on 7th Septmber(Pl.see details below). But I am yet to get refund . I have contacted the call centre so many times. Even I sent a mail to its Chairman. All my efforts have proved futile. I think I have made a wrong selection my choosing Kingfisher.
