Complaint Review: Kingofswords.com SWORDS

i had ordered a sword from the internet vendor kingofswords who sells many replicas of sword and armour for collectors i got delayed for months when emailed for confirmation i was told that the goods where heldup at customs and the customs were opening every box , they even offered to cancel the order or change the products to ones they have .....they never reply to your emails , their website even has BUY SAFE BONDED logo ,i have not got my products now for six months and understand if a opt for cancelling my order it will take more time.... this is a US web site i hope necessary action will be taken against these frauds.
