Kings Bay Roofing Kings bay roofers are very unprofessional and rude. We contacted them when we had a roof leak and found out we had hail damage. They said they could put a new roof on and repair the drywall damage. They had the roof up quickly but they had to return 4 times to fix the leaking roof. How can you put on a new roof but not repair the leaks??? St. Marys Georgia
that was a joke!!! How can a repair job be worse than a hole in your ceiling. When you have Kings Bay Roofers have it repaired, thats how. The first time they repaired the ceiling (yes you heard me right, the first time) there were cracks and holes where the nails went and gullies where the drywall met other drywall, we called the roofing company, they came out to look at it. Josh (the owner) said he had to go out to his car and would be right back the next thing we know he is driving away from the house. That is where it all went down hill. We could not get anyone to answer phone calls. We took pictures and sent them to the company. No response, I had to use someone elses phone just so they would not recognize the number and answer. After their second try at repairing the hole in the ceiling we gave up and paid someone else to do it. We just wanted people to know if you want a roofer you can get ahold of when it is raining inside your house dont call Kings Bay Roofing.
