Kings Motor Bikes forgot items, no response, terrible service, NO CONTACT, STEAL, STOLEN MONEY Internet

I ordered a bunch of parts for my boyfriends bike that he was building. I ordered it and got it before Christmas. Although, they forgot the light kit I had ordered. I emailed them and never got a response. I think okay, it's around Christmas, I'm sure they are busy. I give it until after Christmas and email them again. No response. Not even a confirmation that they had recieved my complaint. I called them (during their business hours) and was sent straight to voicemail. I called AGAIN today and was ONCE AGAIN sent straight to voicemail. I guess I'm going to have to file a claim against them to get my money back since they don't want to handle it directly with me. Do not buy from them. They will steal your money!!! It is all a CON! The parts I received were such low quality I just want to return it all and get a FULL refund!!!!
