After the delivery of my Tempurpedic mattress, I noticed in the back of my mind that my camera was not on the desk next to the bed. Being a full time College student and mother of a child with Asperger's syndrome I was very busy and did not take the time to try to locate it immediately. Upon my son's birthday I did a thorough search and found that indeed it was missing.

I called the moving company and the manager's response was less than customer oriented. In fact he pretty much accused me of lying. He refused to even question the two young men that were in my house the day it disappeared. As no other unknown individual was in my room where the camera was I can say with one hundred percent certainty that it was one of the kids that was here.

I received no response from either Tempurpedic or Kings moving and storage when I filed my complaint.It was the last thing I expected from a major corporation. I have filed a police report and am in the process of filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I am afraid that I will have to file in small claims in order to get any satisfaction.

Keep an eye on these movers so they don't steal from you too.
