the manager their is John and he was real rude to me and told me i dont deserve to drive a car i should take the train everywhere i payed for this car with a certified check on the spot. dont go their

The best term I can use for your response is, "Welcome to the 21st century." I'm sure we all wish that everyone was still honest, but I'm 24 years old, thus far, haven't dealt with a completely honest car salesman. I'm sure there are some out there, but that's exactly why YOU have to research a big purchase, before the purchase.

Either way, I'm sorry you got stuck with being in the hole about $5K. I purchased my first new car for $27K. When it left the lot, it was only worth about $20K. Is that a ripoff?

i dont know where you come from or how you reply to this or who you are but some people out their still believe in a good old fashion way of doing business where people dont lie steal and cheat to get their way where good service and competitive pricing stand out as keys to buisness success i own a credit card proccesing ISO i give good rates and i am extremely proud to say no customer has left me unless times have gone bad and they had to close their doors. thats service thats pricing thats retention and a definitly amazing way on building long term valued merchants
i put this up here so that other people who do believe in good honest hard working salesman will know that this is not the right place for them . that they should stay clear from these scam artist.

Why don't people take responsibility for their own actions? Joseph, it's your job as the consumer to do your research BEFORE you make a big purchase, such as a vehicle. This isn't a ripoff. It's called retail sales, and according to your story, you never even questioned the price, until after the purchase.
