Kingsdown Mattress Failed to honor warranty Mebane, North Carolina
Very expensive mattress. Was great for six months. Then the coils wear uneven and you roll off side of bed.
Sent warranty request.
Given a series of tasks to perform, twine pictures rulers etc.
Their predefined test ensures they have no need for warranty coverage.
Never buy this product, you pay premium price for quality product and simply get worked.
Bottom line, I called, emailed, wrote letters did tests and they never sent rep, told me to F-off essentially and 3 years later I stuck with junk mattress that I need to support with pillows because if not you roll off.
Never spend the money ( several thousand dollars) with KINGSDOWN. you will most certainly regret it.
