I purchased a sauna in 03/2006 for $2000 from this manufacturer with a 5 year warranty. The sauna malfunctioned a year after I purchased it.


I contacted the company and they sent me a wire to replace which I did but it still did not work.



They had me get an electrician to verify that all the fuses were working and that the unit was getting power and it was, but there was no heat being generated.



I was then told to send in the mother board for repair, three months later I replaced the motherboard, but the unit still did not work.


The company had me pay $500 to get the Sauna packaged for shipping to their facility but then refused to accept it.


They have since stopped responding to my phone calls and email messages, overall an inferior product and even worse customer service. Buyer beware, their warranty is not even worth the paper it is written on.
