I am an ederly woman who has severe sleep apnea rwequiring a CNS stimulant to stay awake during the day. I have been prescriibed Adderall. I tried to order this online, but only from a company based in the United states who offer physician referral services. I was approved and required to pay a total of $355.00. This was for the consultation, a CD, a password and a membership. I paid using a money order. I sent a money order for $355.00 to cover all expenses. I was told the product would ship with-in 24 hours. What Ireceived via USPS was a CD that listed a bunch of rehab facilities in the U.S.. I do not know whay to do with this CD. I have been giving no instructions on how to use it. I have attempted to contact the company only to find them no longer available on the internet.

Being unable to text them since their website is no longer availabe I can only ascertain that I have been scammed.For now I would like a total refund or further instructions on how to obtain my medication.
