Olivia Fraser was the name of my supposed Loan Consultant, what a crock of crap. I had to send my 690.00 to a person named Than Long Trieu in Toronto Canada. Initailly she said I needed to find someone that made 40,000 a year to cosign on the loan, or send 895.70.
I wish I would have known somebody who made that kind of money a year and co-sign for the loan and see what would have come of this mess instead of sending them my whole paycheck. I know probably nothing but I wonder how many other people were given this choice or if they were flat out told to send a certain amount and that was it.
Anyway when it comes down to it, It is against the law I found out soon after all this to ask for any kind of money up front when getting a loan. So if anything at all please do remember that. I contacted my Attorney General of my state and he has had no luck with contacting this place, in fact he was sent back the initial correspondence by the US postal service as undeliverable. He was sent a return address of 16285 Park Ten Place, Suite 612 Houston, TX 77084.
I will keep this website updated as to what happens with this new address although I am not holding out much promise since I know that the money I sent was over the border and not in the US and its most likely I have lost my money for good. It sucks that scam artist like this can get away with doing this crap just because its not in the US.
I too think these people should pay and its not only monetary they should do some hard time in the clinck. I had luck with telling Olivia Fraser what I thought of her peice of crap scam when trying to get my money back and let her have it good all the way up until she hung up on me. But I at least warned her that before long people would be catching on to there (some choice cus words here) ways and that it wouldn't be long and they would be caught. Every call from there on in I got her answering service. She told me my refund was in the mail but I never have received it.
