My house had some waterproofing work done which left a hole in my driveway alongside my house. Upon the recommendation of a friend, I contracted Kingsway Paving and Interlock to repair and pave the driveway and do some interlocking stone beside the driveway.

They agreed to to the work and 3 weeks later they ripped out the existing asphalt. After another 3 weeks (and a couple of phone calls asking when the job would be finished) they arrived and paved the driveway and did the interlocking work. 

We could not access the full length of the driveway as the asphalt was still wet but we assumed the work had been completed and paid our bill in full. The next day I noticed that Kingsway Paving had left a large hole beside my house that they had failed to fill and pave.

I immediately contacted the company and was assured the work would be completed shortly. Numerous phone calls and six months later, the work has not been completed. Every time I call they say the same thing, tomorrow we will fix it. They never do. In the meantime my basement is still leaking because of their shoddy work and I need to find a new contractor to finish the job. 

Kingsway Paving and Interlock has proven to be unreliable and unscrupulous. Sadly, the fix would only take them 30 minutes or less to complete, but they have chosen to be unethical. My mistake for paying them without fully inspecting the work. Never again.
