Kip Killmons Tysons Ford Grossly misrepresented vehicle condition for sale on Ebay, no response after sale Vienna Virginia
I purchased a vehicle from Chris Mensel at Tysons Ford via Ebay. Chris grossly misrepresented the condition of the vehicle. I found tires worn to threads, turn signals and fog lights missing, airbag light on, seatbelt wont retract, coolant leaking from engine, exhaust leak, fraudulent state safety inspection sticker, body damage and rust, oil leaks, and suspension tie rod worn among other things.
No response from Chris, his manager, or their president Kip.

Buy this car "AS-IS"? If so then your outta luck. If not then since this is a VA dealer they have to put the car through a state inspection and it has to PASS if it doesnt then it has to be disclosed to you that it didnt. You say its fraudulent how do you know that? If thats the case call the VA state police (they enforce the safety inspection system) have them meet you at the dealer or another dealer and perform an independent inspection and PROVE it is THEN you have a criminal case against them.
So did you end up taking delivery of the car?
