I rented from Kira Akulova.
She came off as a good person. She was a working professional so she claimed. Do not rent from her, she is a wolf in sheeps clothing.
She promised many upgrades and did not deliver. Window drafts remained for our entire stay. She had promised to replace carpet upon our move in. That was an empty promise. Plumbing remained a problem during our stay.

I would like to respond to this report by saying - I know this person who posted this untruthful report. This tenant did not pay me rent for four month. Bad history to pay rent with no respect for landlord.
Finally, when the lease agreement has expired this person had left me with cockroaches, mice and filthy place to clean up. It is ashamed when you are nice landlord and you get this kind of reports.
