Complaint Review: Kirby Company - douglas Marketing

Kirby co came and shampood my rug and my living room set. My rug came out great but when he was done with my couch - I asked what was all over it.

He (a kid named Matt) said that hopefully it would dry and go away. I said "hopefully"???? And what do I do if it doens;t? He told me to contact the company and somebody would come out and clean it.

This was last Thursday, today is Wednesday - 6 days later - and I have called the company at least 15 times but the manager has not called me back.

My living room couch is ruined! It's only 6 months old and was very expensive but now it looks awful! When I did talk to someone at the Kirby Co, they told me they don;t shampoo furniture! Well - why was mine done??? He did ask if I wanted it done!

I'm now stuck with a stained set with no one returning my phone calls! I had filled out a list of people to recieve a free service call from Kirby (my mistake) and they have called them all!! But they can;t call me! I have called them and told them NOT to have them into thier homes, but the damage has been done!

What a dispicable company! They do NOT stand by their product!
