KIRBY COMPANY (VACUUM CLEANERS) 78 YEAR OLD PENSIONER ROBBED OF $5000 BY KIRBY COMPANY Melbourne Victoria Australia
My 78 year old mother had Kirby company come to her home and talked he into buying a vacuum cleaner that is going to cost $5000.
My mother said to these people I can not afford and don't want one.
they pushed at her as she was home alone and pushed so much she gave in and said yes just to get them out of her house.
These people then put her on a payment plan over a couple of years and that is how the total price comes to $5000.
I would like to warn all the old people out there NEVER let these people in your home.
Dont even open the door for them.
Never buy KIRBY
my mother also has one arm that she can't use and therfore can not push this machine around.
now she is the owner of a vacuum cleaner that she can not use. and it cost $5000.
SHAME ON KIRBY ripoff pensioners..
SHAME ON ROWAN CLARE the man that sold it to her.

a great product .
but the treatment of some of its customers and sales representatives is aweful
we are taught to use customers phone , stall and get them to like us enough so that they buy it even if we dont like the customer , u feel sometimes quite fake when u have to pretend to like everyone .
we are taught that everyone buys a kirby - no matter age , financial position . EVERYONE BUYS A KIRBY!
so i feel sorry that you had a terrible experience with the company . i too had a bad working suitiation and so did many others who worked for -------- melbourne ( sorry dont want to gives names will cal the boss sa .
he kept up tp 2,500 of the money and pay his retainer dealers bt 150.00 for the sale and senior reps 250.00 , you paid for your own petrol and expeses so you were excited if u made any money at all any week .
that is why most dont stick around and in the mean time they sell opptunity that one day you will be a millionaire , and in the mean time others are getting ripped off financially , but the product is the best . it wasnt all bad , but alot of it was
there was the constant control and mind games / abuse verbaly . being sworn at if u didnt sell sometimes the customers heard it - quite embrassing.
so think twice before letting kiby in your home they wi;; pressure sell you and guilt you into buying it unless your happy paying 1800 interest over 4 years .
