Looking for any previous or current Kirby vacuum distributor or salesperson willing to help immediately with a lawsuit!
A very successful distributor abused his position as a representative of Kirby to convince customers to loan him money. He told his customers that he would use their credit to purchase additional inventory from Kirby and that they would be returned their money. In the end he defrauded them, ruined their credit standings, and has only returned a portion of the funds.
We are looking for anyone who can help us understand the relationship between Kirby and its distributors, specifically about how much control Kirby actually retains over the operations of its distributors. If you are a past or present distributor, you can help! This information is critical to ensuring that these customers get back the money that one rogue Kirby representative stole from them.
