I am a former employee of Kirby of South Jacksonville where they take "whatever it takes" the kirby motto for their salesmen to the utmost extreme. They taught me the "six musts" to sell a vacuum. 1. Contest pitch. Make up the saddest story you ever heard in your life and make people feel sorry for you.
For example today is the last day for me to win my college scholarship and I need one more sale to win, my diing mother has a dream to see one of her children get a degree and I am her last hope(good one Mr. Zarqari). The other is usually a trip to some nice place that they tell you to find the sad story as my wife died in a car accident recently and i want to win this trip for my daughter to go disneyland so maybe she can be happy for a few days. Always today is the last day to win the trip. They also tell the salesmen that the machine is lifetime warrantied.
Also zarqari will send people that steal from him into unsuspecting peoples homes to show them a vacuum. His managers tell old ladies that electronic funds transfer is only for the first payment when it is for all payments.
I personally reported this to zarqari and he seemed to not care in the least. He probably does not care because he drives a brand new hummer and Acura TL that he braggs that he payed cash for, and wears a nice rolex ring and watch, has every dress shirt embroidered with his name on the sleeves, all by sliding on his belly to get money. He braggs that he earned between five hundred thousand and one million dollars in 2004. All that money and he can't pay me the thousand he owes me.
You might wonder how A vacuum distibutor can make that much, but think about it, the selling price is 1924.00. You can usually find a new kirby on the internet for 300 to 600 dollars. I slithered under the orders of zarqari and am qualified as an Area distributor to purchase the machines for 450 dollars, I believe factory distibutors pat less than 300 for them.
Zarqari thinks he is a god or something but whenn you quit and try to get your money he will hide behind his office door like a little b***h unless his brother and friends are there. that is because he is probably 150 pounds soaking wet. I have a number for kirby central complaints at my home that I will put here next time I update.
I recommend that you turn him in to the bbb in your area and call him personally at 904 449 0000 or go to blanding exit and take the first right after the first publix(argyle forest)and go untill the right side of the road gives you two lanes in your direction then go to the second left into nice housing addition, go about two blocks and on the left you should see a maroon hummer and an Acura tl.
zarqari is supposed to answer factory complaints within 24 hours although he did not answer mine maybe because I am not a customer, good luck with this punk a*s b***h and be happy nothing worse happened to you because of KIRBY OF SOUTH JACKSONVILLE. Also the new office is behind krispy creme on blanding. Mr zarqari(i spell your name like this on purpose) Kirby has my phone number if you wish to contact me I wish in person and alone but that would only happen in heaven or hell in your case.

Syatt of JAX/O.P. is a company built on the same core principles and values as the man who owns it himself (ABE Z.) Principles such as lying, deceiving and misrepresentation. This company offers and promises so much to its customers and/or employees, but gives back very little or usually nothing at all. Don't be fooled by these empty promises. Unfortunately I had no choice in having to deal VERY closely with this company's owner and his management staff, and I can assure I wouldn't trust these people with their tactics/track records to be responsible with ANYTHING of mine, especially not my hard earned money!
Abe lies to his employees and convinces them into believing he actually cares about them and their future. He connives them into trusting him with managing all of what little money they do make(after he constantly and conveniently changes the pay structure from day to day to benefit his own profits and line his own pockets) and then eventually renders all of that money for debts that he says they own him for van checks or attorney's fees he has so generously paid to help someone out. The ONLY time he helps out any of his employees is for his own selfish hidden agenda: TO MAKE HIMSELF RICHER, no one else! He tries so hard to make people think he is genuinely concerned about helping them reach goals and make futures for themselves, when in fact he is much like a cancer that will scavenge every last dime out of his employees and customers and do whatever it takes to achieve his goal.
Furthermore, the only real long term employees I know of are irresponsible drug addicts who are conniving enough themselves to convince a large number of people to pay $2-3,000.00 for A VACUME. Which in turn they do make a very decent amount of money in doing so, but they never really get paid more than what has to be paid to them to them in order to keep them around so that they can make Abe more money. So you see, this kind of scum needs him and depends on him to survive. He pays their rent, electric bills, court costs, and gives them just enough money per day for gas(to canvas the unsuspecting neighborhoods for future potential victims), some fast food of the dollar menu, and a case of 2 liters. If you can't see where I'm going with this- The only reason he does this is not out of the kindness of his heart because remember this is their money he is using to pay all this stuff with in the 1st place.but because he knows they won't if they had the choice, and these are the only things necessary to keep them working for him. Which in my opinion he is getting off pretty cheap and making out like a bandit. I hear they plan to, or already have opened another location in Middleburg....consumers and employment seekers BEWARE!!!!
