Complaint Review: Kirby Vacuum - Sentria MArketing

This report is to alert anyone who is looking for a job today. I have found that the job market is slim, but if you really want a job, you can find one.
The Kirby Company is always hiring because it is a grow business. Beware of this company. They will make you believe that your job is one thing while they really want you to do another. For instance...Customer Service Reps needed, sounds like a great ad on craigslist or in the news paper right. BUT the ad is to get you to call for an interview. DON'T! They want you to sell Kirby vacuum cleaners.
they will use deceptive ways to keep you in the company. For instance, you say you do not want to be a door to door sales person. They will put you on a lead program which is designed by appointments. You think this is great, but you have to risk you own gas, and time to show up for an appointment that may not even be there. OR the customer thinks they are getting a free carpet shampooing and only want you to clean..
This company in general is run by people who have no respect for others and least of all, employees. The customer service department in this company is horrible. They dodge phone calls, and don't reply to complaints in a timely manner...Would you want to work for a company like this?
NO! So for those of you who are job hunting or looking up information about the company..be advised it is a huge scam.
