I was referred to this company by a friend, I requested the company to service my A/C & Heating Unit.  The request was for two checks  a year. One in the spring and the other in the fall. In 2016 I received the service as discussed (advertised) while i am not sure they did anything but changed the filter and looked at the unit. I was felt they did what was required. The cost was $160.00. i signed the agreement for for the two services.  2017,  I requested the same service, this time they came in  the spring/summer, they did not send me an agreement to sign or any other document.  I specifically requested the same service i had the year before. The service tech came checked the unit, replaced the filter, however he did not clean (wash down) the outside unit as was done before.  I di not complain, I did the wash down myself.  When the fall came I called to schedule the fall service call. 

After waiting a few days and no one came i called again.  this time they sent me a letter stating I had no agreement for this year and tyhe agreement I had for 2016 expired.  I was shocked because acording to the 2016 agreement it had nothing to do with any other year.  When I received the expired notice and called to find out how/what the 2016 agreement had to do with the 2017 request.  i was informed I never "RENEWED" my agreement. I tried to explain to the person I was speaking with that i had not been informed there was a renewal requirment for the agreement.  She became very rude, informed me I should have renewed the contact, when I explained to her that I requested the same service in 2017 that I had in 2016, no one said anything about an agreement for 2017 or i should have renewed my contract in 2016. 

As I tried to explain my understanding of the agreement she would talk over me.  I asked her to please listen, she informed me, she knew she was correct because she was the only perrson who does the scheduling/agreements and she never made a mistake because her "COMPUTER" tells her when to send notices and how to set up service for customers.  I asked her how was i to know the agreement must be renewed each yera. She informed me she know she told me when i made my request , " I ALWAYS TELL EVERYONE." She makes no mistakes.  When i said I paid the same price this yeqar that was paid in 2016, she said i was wrong and "HER" computer would prove it. She would send me some information she would download from the computer and I would understand. End of conversation. I have attempted to contact the owner/manager of the company , however I am unable to get through to him/her.
