Kirkland Welding - Bill Kirkland ripoff went bankrupt taking money from other companys and owing money to his employees and never finishing job that he took money for Never payed over time to his employees saying he was a small company and didn't have to pay it Oxford Michigan
He filed bankrupty in December and never told his employees until after he did. He took money for a big Job to be done and a week later told them he couldn't do it because he filed bankrupty, Leaving the business hurting on that job being undone and almost no money to finish it. Never payed his employees over time saying he was a small company and didn't have to pay it to them.
Got about 5 guys to quit there jobs and go to work for them only to be jobless a few months later. He is a crumby welder and blue print reader and under bids on jobs, so I guess that is good for the customers. Also he had a friend do some work on his welder. the guy took money out of his own pocket to fix the welder only to be put on Kirklands bankrupty so that guy is out his own money. Kirkland also signed almost everything we watched him buy over to his brother so he didn't have to claim it on his bankrupty. One guy got a great offer to quit his union job and give up his card only to be out of work and can never go back into the union again. He is nothing but a user and a loser and I think people like him should never be allowed to have a business again.
Also I know for a fact he is still doing business because I got him on video going to a job site and he also tryed to pay my husband under the table to come due some work for him, After what he did to my husband. Kirkland should be sitting in Jail and he should not be welding anymore.
