Kirsten Town Cps investigator Made false accusations to remove my two grandsons Spokane WA
Dec 11, 2018, First time at my door. The concern was a messy lower level of the home, people coming and going. Dec 13, 2018, concerned was met with a clean area, no other concerns.
Met up Fri and decided there were no more actions to take in the matter, but one more thing, Kirsten says. I want everyone to do U.A in the home. So the people that lived there had this taken care of, the ones that did not live at the home were not included. All came back clean but one, he was asked to move on and he did. Well, now there is no other concerns at this time.
But come Monday morning she shows up at my home with a warrant to remove my two youngest grandsons because of safety and well being. I have had them in my care for 7 months now, while my son is incarcerated. ( he will be released in April of 2019) They are 7-5yrs old and have lived at this address for 5 yrs.
My son has sole custody of them from the tribe, mom has no custody rights. parent right yes. Kirsten went to the boy's school to remove them. I also showed up at the school not knowing that they Kirsten had already contacted them about removing the boy. My emotions escalated, I did want to let the boys now its going to be ok, but I was not allowed to do so or anything. That was Dec 16, 2012.
Today they are still in foster care even tho we had completed everything that was needed by the attorney or GAL or an independent that also came through my home.
Kirsten had at the last min submitted something on Jon ( my partner of 20 yrs who is also grampa to the boys and the rest of the grandsons we have) that was a game changer for the case. It did not matter that the boys have been in our home for 5yrs, it did not matter that there were no abuse reports, it just did not matter that on Jon record was dated 25 yrs ago. They as the commissioner, attorneys, and cps worker made it sound like a death sentence. And there was nothing new within the past 15 yrs. On top of that, she went to the school and also got the report that I and the teacher were working on and then blew that up as a happening now.
So on top of everything.when we had the family meeting, I asked Kirsten what was going to happen to the boys if she was going to place them back with me? I AM DEFINITELY NOT PLACING THEM BACK WITH YOU! She told me On Dec 18th, I thought, well we will see about that.
So the allegations she made on me are I was sending the boys to school dirty. ( That was what I and the teacher were working on together, but the teacher reported something that happens two-month prier as current)
So Kirsten took that and ran with it. Yes, pretty much the only thing from what I understand happened. She brought the cops out once because she thought we had drugs in our home. I and Jon are both adamant of not allowing that in our home. So the placement hearing for my grandsons was yesterday.
Yes, we have seen them once since all this happened, and now they get to visit the home they use to live in once a week now for a month. See when I asked to see the boys early on, I was told no, I am not a party to the case. But it's not about my son either, so what gave them the right to come in and remove them when I and my son had written agreements on there care that was needed to help me while he is incarcerated.

Both boys are Yakima tribe, they are aware of the situation, a mother has no custody rights with the boys. Her other children are in foster care and dad saved these to from going there when he was fighting the tribe for custody of his boys. So what started as a dirty room now is a drug house with people coming and going.
My daughter and her 17 yr old son is also living in the lower level of the home. The kitchen is a shared area. But anyways they took her daughter she just had based on what allegations Kirsten made against me. Everyone has a court-appointed attorney, but they say I am not a party to the case, but the allegations are on me.
That really bothers me since I have no record what so ever on child neglect. I am on a fixed income. I do not have the resources to afford one. I raised three children, I have 5 grandsons and now one granddaughter. Sigh. feels like its a lost cause. NO one ever listens when people complain. And believe me, I have been letting as many officials now about my situation as possible, since Dec when all this started.
No one has contacted me or even acknowledge any kind of help in these situations that one can get judged and hung by cps. Now there is a new case on my daughter because she is in the same household. Valena just buffed up the story Kirsten told to make me look even worse. Sorry for the vent. Just really angers me that people are this cold and callous.

Listen I don't know what this person is talking about. Your son being in jail has no bearing here other than that is why you have custody so just ignore them. But you keep saying "tribe" Are you a member of a Native American Tribe? Bc is you are the CPS cannot take your children only the tribe can. So if you are you need to immediately contact the tribe you are a member of and they will intervene.
It is part of the treaty and a very big deal. If not then you need a lawyer asap. If they can they will take those kids and I don't even want to think about what could happen to them. Time is not on your side here.
Do whatever you have to do to get them away from the state and into the custody of a family member. And if you can find the biological mother than do it bc right now she is your best bet in getting these kids back bc she is the one with the most rights. Good luck. I will pray for your family.

I know first hand how corrupt kirsten town is. She lies and commits federal privacy viloations, cps does take kids with no proof the system is set up to buy and sell children through cps. The bonus and incentives these case workers get for putting children in foster care is insane. Don't believe me do your research. This is nation wide.
Not all case workers are like her but she is horrible. She will lie her way through whatever she can. I was lucky because i keep very strict records of everything and i called her out on all her lies i went above her and she backed off. And if she would have taken my children i had an attorney ready to sue them for hipaa violations federal privacy act violations purgery and 4th amendment violations.
Yes i know the laws and yes i know my rights. This p.o.s case worker will feed on families that dont know her rights. She flat out told me that i have no rights and because she is with cos she can do whatever she wants and talk to whoever she wants she doesnt need any releases signed. Well guess what the attorney general didnt agree with that. So do your research before you make false statements.

Did I forget to mention they were removed wrongfully? Dad in Jail has nothing to do with why the boys were removed. The boys have lived in this household for 5 yrs now since they were 1-2 yrs old. The past 7 months on the agreement of me and dad I was to take care of them till he was released.
We also had my son's attorney, the GAL, an independent that my son attorney hired, and the tribe was all in agreement of placing them back with me. Kirsten went and dug up some juvi records of 30 yrs past and used that in court as a concern to the commissioner. Not to place the boys back with us.
By the way. I am really not into politics, but I am guessing you a Democrat, and that explains your commit a lot. I wish you the best in life period! I will not respond to another comment from you.

Those kids were removed for a good reason!! You fail to mention that - CPS does not just "kidnap" children for profit or for fun! SO what is your son in jail for??? How is that a good parental model for two young children? I am sure he is a "good kid" who made a bad mistake. WRONG! Your son broke the LAW now these kids are paying for HIS and the mother's mistakes.
Don't like what the investigators are doing? Hire a Lawyer and go to court.
