Yes we have agreed to provide the HTML/ CSS coding of the PSD file and we did also. We have registered this case in the paypal and they have resolve this case by favoring in us after reviewing all the facts.
I am here to not justify myself or my company. We are trustworthy company serving hundreds of clients in a day with 100% customer satisfaction and we also satisfied this client in all the manner and at one point he is satisfied with our services but he needs alot in just pennies.
He has only paid me $100 for 5 pages where we have to code the psd into HTML we deliver everything and client has kept all the files and develop the website own and still he has not paid us remaining amount.
