Kissel Company Paradise Cove Mobilehome Park BAD MANAGEMENT- DON'T INVEST IN EXPENSIVE BEACH HOUSE HERE!!! Malibu, California
We spent alot of money on this mobilehome at the beach in Paradise Cove. We got one parking spot with the understanding from Rick, the manager, that if someone parked in our spot, they would be towed. Every week, someone is in our spot, and Rick, the manager said to call the towing company. The towing company won't tow, because it it private property. The management won't call, so we can't park in our one spot that we paid $400,000 for! That ..... is a rip off.
