I am Anthony M . I rent a commercial space from Berkeley Propertie on July 5th 2013.
They knew I did Automotive repair and sale. They told me it oka to rent the space however I need to put Auto part on the Dallas county application for Certificate of Occupency. Once I move it . It took 45day for the space to pass Inspection . I paid rent but I could not move into the space . They only get $25.00 discount on rent . Latter on . My electric was cut off for 8day because Berkeley property did not give me the paperwork I need to switch the electric. The company did not apologize or reinburse for 8day of not electricity.
My cars have being tow 5day by Alex Baeur, the first building manager,
We were also lock out of our unit for 5day because they claim we were late on paying the rent . They added alot of etra fee on it. Berkerley properties change rent fee to suit there purpose all the tine .

In April 2 of out car was towed because they wanted to paint the building .
Berkerley Properties and Southwest Auto Tow are ripping peopleoff by towing there car illegaly ,
The company is
The car towed was our personal car .it was not broken down or in violation of any lease aggrement. I have video tape to prove this.
I want you to ask for there accounting record and ask them detail on all the time they tow out car.
Berkelry propety also come into tenant unit when they are not here.
These company use any illegal mean to rip off there tenants. The people wh rent suit 106 are also into Auto repair and detailing .
They abandon there lease 2month ago after Berkeley propertie towed thee car, they were vandnlized and there unit was also broken into ?
The office space have being broken ito by theive and also vandlize a few time. They clain they have camera but every time the Police ask for a video they have nothing on file . They lied about this?
Berkerley property is very racist and a long of ther black tenant have move out due to racism. Please help put a stop to the company .
Please investigate Berkeley Properties and put an end to ther evil .

The complain is against
Berkerley Properties 10840 Switzer Avenue Suite 109 Dallas. tx . 75238 .
I Anthony is the owner of Kisumu Automotive Corporation . I rent from Berkerley Properties 10840 Switzer Avenue Suite 109 Dallas. tx . 75238 .
1. Berkerley Properties towed my cars 5time
2. Falsify my rent payment record.
3. Lock me out of my unit fro 8day .
4. The unit 10860 Switzer Avenue suite 105 failed building inspection 5time ( it too 4week for them to fix the issue.)
5. I paid rent but could not move into the Unit.
This is my complain against Berkerley Properties
THIS COMPANY IS EVIL. THEY TOE ILLEGAL. BERKELEY PROPERIES AT 10860 SWITZER AVENUE USE THEM TO TOW THER TENANT CAR. DO NOT RENT FROM BERKELEY PROPERTY
THEY ARE RACIST AND THEY RIP YOU OFF ON YOU MONTHLY RENT MONTHLY.

MY CAR WAS TOWED ILLEGALLY AND BERKERLY PROPERTIES HAVE BEING TOWINF MY CAR FOR THE PAST ONE AND HALF SINCE I RENTED HERE. THEY HAVE BEING VERY RACIST, PREJUDICE AND HAVE LOCK ME OUT OF MY COMPLEX BY CLAIMING I AM LATE ON RENT.
