It is the opinion of many, that due to their continued, deliberate attacks of the systematic removal of ads on these small businesses, individuals and families, it has been almost next to impossible for many to pay the simplest of bills.
Several individuals have had to move from their homes because, simply put, they could not pay the rent. This is a
direct result of Kitchen Angels Catering, Lydia Hernandez and her son.
Now with the holidays around the corner,
KITCHEN ANGELS CATERING is at it again. This company, mother and son duo, are relentless as they continue to flag & remove ads with the calculated, sole purpose to deliberately take work and jobs away from families, individuals and small businesses.
* How are they able to remove the ads?
Lydia's son claims to be the mastermind behind a programming software, he claims to have created, specifically to remove ads on Craigslist at his discretion, whenever he sees fit.
The flagging & removal of ads continued for six months beginning, June 4th 2011, in Los Angeles, Orange County and Inland Empire.
Below are two links to forums/blogs that were started as a direct result due to the massive blanket flagging of all ads, mainly in the Event Service Section in all three cities.
The person who claims responsibility for the massive flagging goes by the name, Craigslistflag.

His entries read tedious and uneducated as he taunts and threatens to wield his power, declaring "Craigslist will never hear your cries". Clearly a game he insists, in which he refuses to end, even today, more than 1 1/2 years later.
To date, they have minimized their own keywords to cater, catering, knocking off any and all other catering companies, leaving them the only catering company in all of Los Angeles, Orange County and Inland Empire.

as of today I will stop removing your Ads. I only ask for you to flag all DJ ads. These idiots have been overspamming too long and it's time we put an end to it. I only ask of you posters to post 1 ad per day and make it fair enough for the small people to be seen as well. if i start seeing overspamming of photographers over posting I will start to remove your ads as well. best of luck

Wow i just saw the whole week-end went down, so i agree with Dj wedding unfortunately at this point let's flag everyone until CL decides to fix this.sorry guys i think it has to get this bad until things can get better, at this point is the only solution. i do apologize up front for all the decent people i have to flag in order to possible be able to resolve this.

First of all the person writing this un-true information about my company is a competitor who is upset about me advertising on craigslist. I have been cooking for over 20 years and working in the catering industry for about the same amount. I have many referrances to back my company up. Furthermore, I received many threats from this person, some at 3 and 4 am in the morning. I have each one saved. He is upset because my son spends a lot of time advertising my business and we try to talk to this person in good manner. However, he was very vaulity and used abusive language. I had to talk to the police dept about this. This is so unfortunate that this issue has come to this. This person is just as guilty of removing my ads from craigslist.
