Kitchen Arts broke knife and refused to replace Boston Massachusetts
I took my knife in to be sharpened. Knife was not damaged in any way that I could see.
When I brought knife home after sharpening, I saw a big crack in the blade. I took the knife back to the store and pointed out damage. They refused to acknowledge fault and said that knife was cracked when it came in.
I asked why they hadn''t called me to tell me either a) before sharpening or b) after sharpening. They said knives come in damaged all the time. I said this was both suspicious and poor customer service, especially if they knew that sharpening the knife could damage it more.
Company refused to replace knife or take it to someone who could fix the blade. Continued to refuse to acknowledge fault.
