KitchenAid Extended Service Plans Sureway Inc dropped oven/microwave broke it wont replace it Louisville, Kentucky
I paid for an extended warranty through KitchenAid. They hired A & E Factory Service to repair my oven/microwave. The repairman pulled the unit out of the built in cabinet and dropped it. No one will take responsibility or return phone calls. KitchenAid doe not care. A & E Factory Service referred me to Sedgwick CMS who are by far the most horrid company to deal with. It has been almost 4 weeks without an oven/microwave.
