I replied to Freekittens.us ad #171849 listed in Saint Lucie County, FL for a female American Shorthair kitten posted 11/8/14.
He responded quickly. Poor grammer, figured he was foreign. He only had 2 kittens left. Female named Stacy and a Male named Lenny. He wrote that were mircochiped shots, etc. He asked for $350 per cat for delivery fee. He asked if I was married. He also asked me to respond to adams scoth, etc... email
He also said he was in Virginia, not Florida. He wrote about walking them twice a day. (walking cats?)
I knew at this point it was a Rip-off. He did send pics of 2 american shorthair young cats. Too large for being only 1/1/2 months old. They looked 6 months old.
He actually phoned me. So much background noise (TV, music, I could hardly understand anything except that he had a very heavy accent, perhaps Central or South American?
He said his name was Adams Scoth. I told him I would take a look at the pics. He wanted to wait while I looked. I made the excuse that I would call him back and hung up.
