Kittles Corporation Tyler, director of Operations at Kittles, did not email me as promised on 9/24/2021 Indianapolis IN
I called to report that the leather couch & loveseat I purchased at Kittles, Easton in Columbus, OH was not really leather. The vinyl like fabric was peeling off the sides of the cushions. I paid for leather furniture & I would not have purchase bonded leather furniture. I should be compensated for this false advertising, since this cannot be repaired.
I could have gone to Payless for this cheap furniture that I paid a premium price!! I thought Kittles was a company with integrity. I am very dissapointed. Tyler told me there was nothing that could be done, since it was out of warranty. This was suppose to be my "forever" furniture. Mr. Troy Pierce, corporate operations, called me & asked me to send pictures to Tyler, but Tyler did not email me.
