I found the perfect house through this company. A little above (price wise) what I wanted, but it was perfect at a glance. I signed a one year lease to rent this house.

So when I moved in, I was expecting it to be cleaner than it was when I looked at it. It wasn't. It was filthy. Okay, so I don't care that much.

NEXT the sink and washer started leaking not even 2 days in. Okay, so they will fix it for free. Which they did pretty promptly.

The dishwasher has gunk and won't work right, sometimes leaks as well. Okay I guess they will fix it...
Mind me, this is a pretty expensive rental so I expect to be taken care of.

They send a repairman as fast as they can. He leaves, it still doesn't work right. Call the real estate company to call him back, they don't return my call so I have to call again. The guy ended up coming 3 times total and it still doesn't work right.

THEN my storm door gets stuck locked (so I couldn't use the front door at all). It was taken care of pretty promptly, but it wasn't done right and now it is broken again.

Garage door falls off the track.. Had to call my landlord twice to get him to return it. They fixed it though.

Now I have been trying to contact my landlord for TWO WEEKS about my attic door which is broken, dishwasher still being broken, storm door being broken again, I never ever get a call back. I always leave a message too. These aren't life or death situations but I pay a lot for a 70s un-updated house where everything is broken and not getting fixed.

They don't EVER answer their phone, EVER. They need a receptionist or something because this is a big problem. Also, my landlord was also my realtor. So I understand that that he is busy but they need to find someone else that isn't doing 2 different jobs.
