El caso es que hace aproximadamente un mes, tal vez menos, fui objeto de un hacker en el juego de war commander por facebook en el sector 49 de dicho juego, el caso es que a mi y a otros 6 amigos cuando llegamos al sector, fuimos objeto de ataques por varios hackers profesionales que se encuentran en ese sector, luego de un rato fuimos amenazados con ser baneados, luego de esta amenaza decidimos salirnos del juego y conversar por whatsapp cuando en mi caso quise regresar al juego encontre mi cuenta de facebook hackeada, le habian cambiado la contraseñpa de ingreso, y por mas de media hora estuve intentado recuperar mi cuenta, luego cuando al fin pude ingresar, intnte entrar en el juego encontrandome con mi cuenta baneada, solo que el aviso que aparece no es el formato oficial de kixeye, envie varios reportes sin respuesta y cuando al fin me respondieron despues que mi caracter cambio de manera alterada por esta injusticia, me responden diciendome que escriba una carta al departamento legal de kixeye por la via normal de correo aereo, hasta la fecha todavia mi cuenta permanece en estado de banned y no puedo recuperarla, no es culpa mia que dentro del juego esten hackes profesionales dañando a otros jugadores, y robando cuentas de facebook, no es la primera vez que me sucede en este juego, al punto que estuve mas de un año sin querer entrar a jugar, regrese fue por un amigo que me regalo esa cuenta para que regresara, ahora la encuentro perdida, quisiera recuperarla ya que a mi me ha costado dias y noches largas de trabajo para poder tenerla como estaba, no acostumbro a usar trampa porque no me gusta, mis edificios los he subido de manera legal y mis armas, si hay algun cambio dentro del juego seria quien me la robo para justificar una posible revision de kixeye y que ellos no me regresen mi cuenta, no me parece justo porque asi com ellos banean a quienes si hacen trampa tambien deberian de tener un sistema que detecte el robo de cuentas y verificar quen ingreso al juego porque si es posible, ellos siempre responden que tienen pruebas pero segun sus politicas nunca las presentan, pero uno como jugador debe presentar todas las pruebas posibles aun y cuando sea dificil poder tenerlas mas despues que la cuenta de uno ha sido bloqueada
