Kixeye banned my lvl 39 account , they say I was cheating, and refuse to reset me or even look into my account to see it's 100% legit, I have filed a few tickets and got rude responses back from "Alyssa", The alliance I was in has agreed to stop coining due to me being banned for no good reason, as I am not the only one this is happening to, it's a little sad really, that people can put in so much hard work, and money, to just be banned cause kixeye is bored or whatever the reason may be. This company is bull, and if you call to talk to someone, there is no one! you HAVE to file a ticket, which does no good, I am so angry it's not even funny
